A truly wonderful stay at a ln amazing hotel. The location is beautiful along the Grand Canal, the beds were comfortable and the rooms immaculate. The staff were helpful and truly friendly. Highly recommend staying here.

Good location, just beside the canal and the night market, where you can have a pleasant walk. The architecture is very charming, being this a former silk factory, renovated to be an hotel. The staff is friendly and english speaking. Breakfast is ok, but they could offer something more. Overall recommended

Great location, wonderful rooms and facilities, and amazingly good and helpful staff. The buffet-style breakfast caters to all tastes. I have stayed at this hotel 4 times now, and I will certainly be staying there again.

Very nice hotel with a feeling of tea house. The room was big with nice features: big bathtub, automatic toilet. The beakfast was good and the staff friendly enough. We could enjoy a late check out. Very closed to the temple and metro station (5min walk)

Overall, this an excellent hotel. The rooms with the en suite bath are a good size, and the location on the canal (if that is where you want to be) is perfect. Metro near for easy access to West Lake. Politely decline request for high deposit, and you are looking at a great option

The hotel were really helpful, extending my check out time without extra charge. The facilities are really good, but if you want to use the pool and gym, be aware they don’t open until 2pm. Breakfast is a good spread and mix of local and western choices. I love the location right on the canal, but it might be less convenient if looking to visit West Lake specifically.

The hotel is directly located at the beautiful canal scenery with a lot of nice cafes and restaurants. The staff was super friendly and supportive. Guided me personally to near PCR Test Station. There had been some construction work during my stay what wasn’t that nice but also not too bad. The gym is completely outdated and too small, there was also no staff at that time I visited it. Breakfast was ok but not outstanding, had much better breakfast at that hotel level but not for that price (but I got a bigger discount, maybe because of construction?) The room was quite ok, nothing to high not lowlight. I like the European curtain style. I would definitely come again due to the excellent price value balance

酒店時尚大氣，位置優越緊挨着香積寺和大兜路歷史文化街區,節目氣氛濃郁熱鬧，去拱宸橋運河遊覽區門口公交直達。大堂擺設喜慶還有市集，前台另送了礦泉水早餐且品種豐富、臨走還送了杭州特色伴手禮，一定推薦大家來體驗。

運河祈利酒店已經改名為黃龍崔麗酒店，六年前來過一次，當時的感覺還是很不錯的，這次來的話，那明顯周圍也是繁華了很多，但是酒店設施老化了。酒店位置是比較方便，就在大兜路，開始入住了3號樓不行，空調也不冷，水壺也有問題。服務不錯，後來酒店給更換了4號樓，好多了。電視機不能投屏，所以感覺老了
