I booked a double room for 2nights and staff 005 served us. She provided adequate information to us and very helpful whenever we asked her something. The room is spacious enough for 2pax and we could open a 28inch luggage in the room. Toiletries are provided, including shampoo, body gel and hair conditional. The room is clean. There is a coffee machine at the lobby and they served it with milk n sugar too, a plus point as most of the hotel only provides Americano. There is a free laundry room at level 1 too which you can wash n dry your clothes. If you are visiting SongCheng, this hotel definitely worth to stay. Only less than 10mins walking distance to SongCheng. Nearby there isn’t any restaurants or convenient stall but you can order *******, hotel have a robot service to deliver the food straight to your room.

IInvitéL'hôtel où j'ai séjourné lors de mon voyage à Hangzhou avec mes enfants était absolument fantastique. L'expérience a été vraiment merveilleuse ! Le service à la réception était exceptionnel, particulièrement accueillant et attentionné. L'environnement était également très agréable, et l'hôtel tout entier était d'une propreté et d'une propreté irréprochables, ce qui a rendu mon séjour vraiment agréable. La chambre était impeccable et le lit très confortable. Il y avait aussi un lave-linge et un sèche-linge gratuits au rez-de-chaussée, ce qui était incroyablement pratique. FFindingGemsFirstly, I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel branch (perhaps this specific branch only). I have previously stayed at your hotels in other cities and have consistently experienced friendly service and good cleanliness standards. Unfortunately, this stay fell far below expectations. We arrived at the hotel at approximately 7pm+ for check-in. During the process, both a female and a male staff member requested to verify my booking/ paid rates. As the booking was made and fully paid through this platform, I found this request unnecessary and inappropriate. Nevertheless, I did not pursue the matter further, as my priority was simply to have a comfortable stay with my family. The room booked was a “Deluxe Family Room” (豪华家庭房). However, the room design is highly unsuitable for a family, especially with two teenage child (male 14yrs old and female 11yrs old). The toilet door is fully see trough. In addition, the shower area must accessed through the toilet and is also separated by a clear glass panel (see through). The basin is located directly outside the toilet and shower area. All glass panel are see through.. In summary, the entire bathroom layout lacks basic privacy. This design is unacceptable for a family room. Our child is not a young child or baby. Due to the lack of privacy, we had no choice but to carefully coordinate toilet and shower usage between male and female family members, which caused significant inconvenience and discomfort. My wife contacted the front desk to raise this concern. Unfortunately, the staff did not offer any meaningful solution, alternative room arrangement, or upgrade option (we are okay with or without additional charges). just answered to us ”我们的设计就这样“. As a result, we had no choice but to endure the situation for 3days 2 nights. The following morning, at approximately 9am+, a technician was working directly outside our room to repair storeroom locks. The repeated hammering noises caused significant disturbance while we were still sleeping. I have retained photo evidence to support the above points and have made no false claims. Given the issues highlighted, I am extremely disappointed with both the room design and the service response. This experience does not reflect the standards expected from your hotel brand, especially considering my positive experiences at other locations under the Huazhu group (华主会集团). P.S. This so-called 豪华家庭房 is priced at USD 200+ per night, without breakfast, which makes the overall experience even more unacceptable. I sincerely hope the management will take this feedback seriously, as it may otherwise risk losing overseas guests who have been loyal to your hotel group over the years.
