Avis : Minasi Premium Hotel

J'ai réservé une bonne chambre, mais la réception m'a donné une mauvaise chambre. Il y avait de la merde dans les toilettes. C'était sale et en désordre.

This hotel is a great place to stay, highly recommend it! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, from the receptionists to the breakfast staff. They always were kind, passionate and went the extra mile to make sure a great experience. The room on the 9th floor had a nice view and rooms seems recently renovated. It’s clean and comfortable (However, presumably the noise isolation may not be that good, if close to the restaurant floor due to the movement of chairs). The breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of warm options, including traditional Vietnamese Pho, breads, fruits, and salad. The location of the hotel is convenient. It’s not in the old quarter, but it’s still within walking distance of many attractions. You can walk to Old Qaurter/Hoan Kiem Lake in about 20 minutes, where you’ll find a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants (and night markets on Friday, Saturday, Sunday). The prices in the area close to hotel are also lower than in the old quarter that sometimes is tourist-focused; such as Che Xoan Quan. Likewise West Lake (Ho Truc Bach), is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel which can be good for a stroll or a relaxing day of cafes, such as Oleoleo cat cafe.

we(myself and my friend)have stayed 2 days in that hotel. Morning we went out for Halong bay trip. When we returned, my room was not cleaned and no towels & others weren't replaced. When we asked the reception, they claimed that we kept "don't disturb" tag on outside of the door. First of all those tags were not provided for us, then how we can keep that outside. To settle that issue we have asked to clean, they claimed that the cleaner already left, just provided the soap, towels & etc.. only. Morning breakfast also not so good, menu also limited. But, location wise the hotel is located in good place. All the places(Night market, beer street) are in walkable distance.

Hotel is in a very good location. Close to heaps of nice restaurants and short rides to tourist attraction. Breakfast was not too varied but decent to start the day. However, the staff’s professionalism was not as expected and seems like they can benefit more from extra training to handle guests’ requests better. A great set back,which is a pity.

整體還算可以，離幾個旅遊景點也近。

Beaucoup de disparités dans la qualité des chambres. Nous étions en groupe et il y a eu des problèmes sur plusieurs chambres ( eau chaude, chauffage...) La mienne était au dessus de la réception... extrêmement bruyant avec les portes qui claquent et les discussions... je l'ai signalé et la 2e nuit a été meilleure ... merci. Pas de fenêtre avec rideau , juste une petite fenêtre de salle de bain avec in store ... Les joints dans la salle de bain était noirs, je l'ai signalé on m'a répondu que ce n'était pas sale ?! Personnel sympathique cependant, emplacement satisfaisant avec bon resto à proximité. Salle de petit déjeuner avec vue mais buffet très simple .

Excellent service, personnel sympathique et serviable, emplacement central, je reviendrai ici et le recommanderai à mes amis, je suis arrivé tôt mais j'ai été aidé avec un enregistrement anticipé gratuit, la réceptionniste m'a également aidé à réserver des visites à des prix bon marché, j'ai été très impressionné par leur service, j'ai hâte de revenir ici bientôt

L'hôtel est bien situé à Hanoi, juste à l'entrée du vieux quartier. Les chambres sont petites, la propreté laisse à désirer et le petit déjeuner est juste suffisant. Honnêtement, je ne le recommande pas.

Based on my experience in Minasi Hotel, the room is very clean and the bed and pillow is very comfortable to sleep, the ambiance of the room is very nice, this hotel is highly recommended to stay and the breakfast/buffet is very very delicious.
