There is an infinity pool at the level 23. Which has a bar next to it .I stopped over for 1 night before heading back, to my surprise the detail of the hotel is so amazing from the concierge , lift lobby and even to the space planning off room space.. the room I stayed in had 2 cubicles, a bowl and a shower separated. It even has a balcony attached to the room..it is a wonderful experience for me, I will definitely come back to explore more when I have the time again to stop over Ha Noi.

Perfect place for family. Really good amenities, you have most of the things you need in the gym for basic workouts, 2 kids play ground one outdoor one indoor, right next to the Lotte mall. You might get the old quarter vibe but having younger kids while travelling, this place is great. Staff were very friendly and helpful too.

We enjoyed one night of our stay. Breakfast was perfect, especially wide varieties of good quality food were served. The hotel guests can burn some calories by exercising at the gym or doing yoga or swimming at outdoor swimming pool on the rooftop with amazing view over Hanoi city. The hotel location is excellent, it's been constructed beside Lotte Mall where many shops and restaurants and also Lotte World Aquarium are available. The hotel lobby is well designed as well as the hotel rooms.

A brand new hotel that’s been running for about 7-8 months. Staff were friendly but not too experienced in reaching out to customers for extra mile. They could be proactive enough to offer new visitors a more memorable experience. For example, they would ask you to pay more for an upgrade if you wanted. They have available rooms around but it was not that easy they could upgrade you easiest in any easygoing action. Restaurants were all closed on Chinese New Year Eve of 2024 Feb. 9. All food have to be ordered for in room service and you’d have waited for 45-60 minutes for arrival time. Nail files were not available. The door design of bathing rooms had some issues. Gym reception staff were not around and you’d have to take care of yourself. Some staff were not able to follow up for something they promised to do so for you.

모든게 만족스러웠습니다~ 인테리어도 예쁘고 조식도 좋았어요 다만 체크인 시간이 오후 3시라 점심먹고 시간맞춰 3시 이후에 도착했는데 방정리가 안돼서 기다린 점은 아쉬웠네요.

1박 머물렀는데 너무 아쉬울정도로 룸컨디션도 좋고, 수영장,사우나시설모두 너무 깔끔해서 만족도 200%였어요. 한국인분들 많으셔서인지 조식에서는 한국음식이 많았어요^^ 뷰맛집이기에 조식부페 이용시 일찍 가면 좋은자리선점할 수 있어요♡음식 가지수는 많지 않았지만,적당해서 좋았고, 제공해주시는 라떼 진하지않고 부드러워 좋았어요. 위치가 서호쪽이라 좋았고,그랩은 롯데호텔이 출발지/목적지이면 쿠폰제공이 되더라구요.그래서 이동시도 너무 좋았고,롯데몰이 1F에서 이어져 너무 편리했답니다. 가격은 있지만,아이가 있는 가족단위라면 편리성으로는 최고기에 추천드려요.단,매월 첫째주 월요일은 수영장청소로 이용불가이니 예약시 확인하세요^^찐 리뷰였습니다.

롯데 L7 호텔의 수영장은 정말 깔끔하고 쾌적했습니다. 물도 깨끗하게 관리되고 있었고, 주변 시설 역시 청결하게 유지되고 있어서 기분 좋게 이용할 수 있었어요. 도심 속에서 여유를 느낄 수 있는 분위기가 인상적이었고, 가족 단위나 커플 모두에게 추천할 만한 곳입니다. 특히 저녁 시간에는 조명이 켜지면서 분위기가 더 좋아져요. 다음에 또 이용하고 싶은 수영장입니다!

수영장이 매우 마음에 들어요 너무나도 잘 쉬다갑다. 조식도 한식도 있고 한국사람들이 많이 가는 이유가 있다는 것을 알게 되었어요

베트남 하노이에서 스모그가 정말 너무 심해 시티버스 타고 1시간 타고 2일을 앓아누워서 아무것도 못했고, 그랩도 주요관광지랑 6키로 거리를 30분 길게 한시간 넘게 수많은 오토바이와 같이 둘러쌓여 기어서 가기에 거리의 수많은 매연을 내 코로 직접 같이 마시고 가야함... 롯데 L7은 신규호텔이라 깨끗하지만 룸에 소파도 없고 침대말고 딱히 2명이 앉을 곳이 없다. 조식 룸서비스도 2인분 시켜놓고 놓고 먹을 곳 하나 없다. 조식 룸서비스 수준은 잘못 왔나 싶을정도 아메리칸 스타일은 형편없다. 물어보지않고 마음대로 옴. 그나마 한식이 나음.. 하노이 현지 물가비해 숙박료가 높은 것에 비해 현지 대부분 오래되고 낙후된 호텔들이 주라 깨끗함에 선택했지만 주로 한국인들이 묵는지 현지 직원들도 아는듯 서비스라곤 딱히 없음. 주변에 하노이에 어쩔수없는 출장말고 여행,관광간다고 하면 절대 말릴 것 같다.
