Oui, le gars de la réception, Hieu, est très gentil. Il parle bien anglais et a une très bonne attitude. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas mal. Commander au comptoir est moins cher.

Breakfast is really good. Really enjoyed it. But sometimes maybe they should replenish more often. Overall it was a really nice stay. It's kind of far away from anything, but I had something to do nearby so it was perfect. The pho shop downstairs is also really good.

The staff are amazing! Very interactive and helpful! They even go out of their way to assist you. Just by the hospitality I felt here I would want to stay here next time I visit Hanoi. The rooms are spacious and kept clean and tidy. They have a great buffet breakfast selection. They also have a wonderful manu for meals at the lobby cafe area. Easy to arrange for taxi or grab rides from location.

在河內性價比非常高的一家酒店，服務非常好，前台工作人員可以講中文和英文。早餐非常豐盛，頂樓的餐廳的環境也非常好。房間設施也很OK，總之非常推薦。
