Nous regrettons sincèrement que vous n'ayez pas apprécié votre sommeil dans notre chambre. Pour votre information, nous venons de remplacer toute la literie, draps, couettes, couvertures et oreillers, pour le plus grand plaisir de nos clients. Cela permettra de réduire considérablement la présence d'insectes dans les chambres. Nous allons cependant vérifier à nouveau la chambre que vous avez réservée afin de garantir que nos clients n'aient pas à subir ce problème. Nous avons également pris note de vos commentaires concernant notre Wi-Fi et travaillons à la résolution de ce problème.
