L'hôtel est le meilleur hôtel pour apprécier l'histoire de la guerre de Hanoi. Il y a eu un tour de bunker de guerre inclus avec le séjour. Les services étaient excellentes chambres étaient confortables. Un classique. Retour

Stunning Hotel With Fantastic Services! I just stayed at Melia Hanoi hotel for 01 night for my business trip but it was easy to recognize the differences between this hotel and others. Even the builiding outside is not so impressed however inside the hotel all concepts make the significant differences. The Bar in the lobby has the very nice space and really help in the summer time when need place for talking to friend or partners. The restaurant with the stunning breakfast buffet. it seems we could found any dishes in this breakfast buffet and all food were delicious. the hottess was very helpful when buffet was full and still escort and find a table for you. I stayed in premium room with nice living room and bedroom room. nothing could find to complain. All staffs were helpful and polite. the door girl with nice Melia long dress always smiling and help to the guest even the temperature outside over 40 degree. The hotel should stay in Ha Noi.

Lac Hoàn Kiếm - Cathédrale
What a lovely hotel. We landed on our first day in Hanoi at this lovely property, just overlooking the lake. Its a nice, calm, quaint area with cafes and restaurants around. The rooms are spacious, best amongst all the other hotels that we stayed in.. The room, bathroom has a luxurious and Victorian kind of feel. The staff at the reception, entrance also at the breakfast restaurant were very helpful. The breakfast is also very nice, lot of variety.. thoughtful to have a little Indian food counter for breakfast. All in all we had a great stay. Thank You.

I used it for 2 nights from January 1st. I used to be a backpacker when I was young, but at my age, cleanliness is essential, so I decided to take the plunge. It was nice to be able to use hot and plenty of hot water. I was happy that the dryer also had a cold air function. In particular, the doorman, Mr. HieuA (who is fluent in English), was very helpful. I wanted to use the shower before boarding my late-night return flight, so I was planning to pay a amount for the airport lounge, but he told me that I could use the gym's shower on the 4th floor after checking out. There is also a sauna and a cold bath, and towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a hair dryer are provided. Thanks to them, I was able to finish it. Furthermore, in the evening, when I was about to call a taxi to the airport using a dispatch app, Mr. HieuA told me that I could arrange it for 380,000 VND (cash only). Ride-hailing apps are said to be expensive due to the effects of the evening rush. I looked it up and it was a little over 490,000 dong. I was almost out of cash, so I exchanged money at the front desk. The taxi he arranged was clean, large, comfortable, and a so-called excellent driver. I am very grateful and satisfied with Mr. HieuA's hospitality, sincere service, and clean facilities. I will definitely use it if I have the next opportunity.

Hoan Kiem - Old Quarter
Bon emplacement.
Sheraton Hanoi Hotel

Stayed here for two nights as a Bonvoy Titanium. The Sheraton accommodated us in a standard river view room on the first night, and upgraded us to an Ambassador Suite for the second night. Notwithstanding the suite upgrade, we elected to check out early (original reservation was for three nights) given that the rooms were very old with thin walls and did not provide for a good night's sleep. We found the Sheraton to be poor value for money, with a price point that was not commensurate with its hard product. For example, the beds in both the standard room and premium suites were hard. However, the showers were newly refurbished and had good water pressure. The furniture was old and the entire property had a classic look and feel with dark lights in both rooms and public areas. Even the Ambassador suite we moved into was quite run down, albeit spacious. There was a pesky feature where the air conditioning units activated at different times, creating air vacuums that resulted in interior doors knocking against their frames which disrupted sleep. The walls were also paper thin and we could hear an argument from a guest next door. Based on hard product alone, I would give the Sheraton 2*. The last time I stayed in a Sheraton that was so old and run down was the Sheraton Libertador in Buenos Aires which lost its flag soon after. But the property made up for the weak hard product somewhat with good service. This was true especially at the Club Lounge which also had a good F&B spread. Tuan at the front desk worked hard to make a suite available for our stay and was successful in moving us on the second night. He hoisted in my observation that colleagues told me that the Sheraton Hanoi was old but typically made up for it by having spacious suites for Titanium/Amb upgrades. While we did not get a suite for the first night, we were pleased to be able to see what the Sheraton had to offer on the suite front for the second night. On balance, we wouldn't return to a standard room at the Sheraton for the typical asking price of around USD200+. We moved to the Pan Pacific for our last night which we found to be more conveniently located and also significantly better value for money, even though I'm a GHA mid-tier member rather than top-tier. I understand the Sheraton Hanoi is planning a multi-year upgrade to both exterior and interior facilities. This cannot happen soon enough. I look forward to returning when the refurbishments are complete.
