It was great to stay. Infront of the apartment, there is big shopping mall. And apartment is big and comfortable and feel safe. AC works good and nice speed wi-fi, the room condition was good. One use products are ready, toilet paper, one use tooth brush and paste. Host is very kind and contact also very fast. If you booked and hard to find the accurate address, contact to host. I think next time, I will stay here more. Xin Cám ón.

J'ai choisi cet hôtel pour son emplacement près de la gare routière. Je devais partir tôt le matin en Chine. L'homme de la réception m'a aidé avec le taxi et a été très accueillant. Merci pour tout 🙏 En ce qui concerne ma chambre : purement, nettoyée, le lit est confortable, il y a de l'eau chaude et des rideaux épais pour mieux dormir, c'était calme devant la fenêtre et mon sommeil était paisible.

C’est l’hôtel où j’ai séjourné le plus longtemps au Vietnam, six nuits au total, et c’est aussi l’hôtel qui m’a laissé la plus profonde impression. L'hôtel est très propre et standard. C'était vraiment une courtoisie sans précédent. Merci beaucoup. Bien que l'hôtel ne soit pas au cœur de la vieille ville, il se trouve à moins de deux kilomètres du lac Hoan Kiem et de la gare. Tous les sites pittoresques et zones touristiques se trouvent à moins de cinq kilomètres. sont en bonne forme physique. Il y a aussi le lac Sanmu dans le parc Tongyi à côté de l'hôtel. L'emplacement et l'environnement sont également bons. Il y a divers restaurants, snacks et dépanneurs dans les environs, ce qui est très pratique. C'est un hôtel très économique près du lac Hoan Kiem à Hanoi. Hautement recommandé.

The Christmas decoration was on point, very festive! Interior was clean and quite spacious. Very well located with lots of local cafes and restaurants nearby. We also loved the hotel dog who greeted us every time we entered and left the lobby. She was the cutest and sweetest dog ever!

Excellent rapport qualité/prix. C'est un peu plus cher que les hôtels bon marché à Hanoi, mais ça vaut le coup. Nous voulions juste un séjour propre et cet hôtel a vraiment répondu à nos besoins. De plus, c'était génial d'avoir une douche plus occidentale entourée de verre. Je le recommande.

From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable hospitality. The staff at Cristina Boutique Hotel went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and made us feel like valued guests throughout our stay.
The room was tastefully decorated and exuded a cozy charm that instantly put us at ease. After a long day of traveling, the comfortable beds were a welcome respite, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. The room also offered all the modern amenities we needed, making our stay even more convenient.
What truly stood out was the attention to detail and personalized service provided by the staff. They took the time to understand our travel plans and offered valuable insights about Hanoi and Sapa.
The breakfast served at the hotel was a delightful affair. We were treated to a delicious spread of both Vietnamese and western dishes. The only downside we encountered was the limited space during breakfast hours. It seemed that many guests were trying to have breakfast around the same time, resulting in some waiting in the lobby. We would like to suggest that the hotel consider scheduling breakfast times for guests, allowing for a smoother and more enjoyable dining experience.
The location of the hotel was another highlight. Situated in the heart of Hanoi, we were within walking distance of several popular attractions and the bustling Old Quarter. This allowed us to explore the city's vibrant culture and heritage in the limited time we had.
Overall, our one-night stay at Cristina Boutique Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, coupled with the attentive staff and well-appointed rooms, made it a memorable experience. IInvitéJe suis heureux d'avoir pu bénéficier d'un service que je ne peux pas obtenir au Japon à un prix abordable. Tout le personnel était gentil et amical. J'avais du mal à contacter le personnel de la visite d'Halong que j'avais réservée, alors l'homme à la réception a appelé et confirmé les détails.

Bien qu'il ne soit pas situé sur une route principale, il est bien situé, à un peu moins de 15 minutes en moto de la vieille ville.

Я бронировала этот отель на одну ночь, после длительного перелета, чтобы выспаться. Но в 7 часов утра меня разбудила дрель, ор работницы которая бродила по коридорам и ругань посетителей отеля. Поспать не удалось, покинула отель раньше времени, не могла уснуть и терпеть звук дрели который не прекращался в течении 5 часов 🙈

IInvitéQuand je suis arrivé, le hall m'a un peu déstabilisé. Cela a l'air un peu démodé/traditionnel. La chambre en elle-même était charmante. Très élégant, de taille convenable et propre. J'avais tout ce dont j'avais besoin à l'intérieur. Je n'ai jamais pris le petit déjeuner mais le personnel de la réception était très sympathique. L'hôtel est bien situé dans les vieux quartiers. Au bout d'une ruelle, ce qui le rend un peu plus calme.

La chambre est spacieuse et dispose même d'un balcon. Vous pouvez entendre l'avion car il est très proche de la voie. Il y a beaucoup de boutiques et un parlor de massage 24 heures + spa près de l'hôtel (moins de 100 mètres).. il y a même la nuit tard boutique Pho. Ohh, il y a une piscine sur le toit qui regarde la voie ...I je pense que j'aime cet endroit beaucoup! C'était un layout mais au-delà!

IInvitéJe suis très heureux de voir la situation de ce lieu dans la proximité de nombreux stands alimentaires, fruits et légumes. Je suis aussi heureux de voir beaucoup de mini-shops où je peux aller chercher les choses que j'ai besoin. Elle est très respectable pour moi d'appeler monsieur. Hotel maid était très aimable d'être à l'endroit. Je aime comment il y avait une convection portable pour moi de cuisiner avec. J'aime les produits d'argent, les colliers et les plats que je peux utiliser pour manger mon aliment avec. J'aime bien qu'il soit près de ce grand magasin Winmart.
La chambre d'hôtel était très propre. L'hôtel dispose toujours d'un ensemble de serviettes propres et propres à chaque fois que je le veux.
La seule chose que j'aime pas était que maintenant et après, il y a des spécimens, où j'ai dû tuer 2 d'entre eux. J'ai aussi dû faire face à un grand spécimen le dernier jour. Je suis quelqu'un qui a peur des spécimens.
Je pourrais revenir à cet hôtel en août, en septembre, ou début de l'année prochaine, quand je reviendrai à Hanoi au Viêt Nam et la situation me convient.

La location est également très bonne - près de l'ancienne zone de la ville et très grande à visiter en marchant autour du lac.
