La chambre était impeccablement propre et le service de la réception excellent. L'hôtel propose une laverie gratuite avec machines à laver et sèche-linge. Le petit-déjeuner buffet était délicieux. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, très proche de Central Street, du marché matinal de Hongzhuan Street, de la rivière Songhua et du Monument à la Victoire contre les Inondations.

The room is new, clean, and has no cigarette smell. Luggage storage is available. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to Zhongyang Street, surrounded by many food options and souvenir shops, making it very convenient. It is also near a famous ice cream shop and a tasty mala sausage stall. The area at the end of Zhongyang Street is beautiful and less crowded. I would stay here again.

When choosing a hotel, we paid attention to location and whether it was updated. This hotel was perfect in every way. The location is simply fabulous; we strolled along Arbat Street every day, both early in the day and in the evening. The hotel is clean, fresh, and beautiful! The beds in the room are very comfortable, including orthopedic pillows. The room amenities made for a pleasant and comfortable stay! Delicious coffee and tea were available in the lobby at any time! I'd especially like to thank the hotel staff for their attentiveness and helpfulness in resolving any issue! They responded very quickly to any request. We loved the breakfasts.

While location is great, the room is very small. It has some modern features and fairly clean. However I was annoyed that there was no mention that to access the room on level 9 you have to go up two flights of stairs. This should have been disclosed at the time of booking and I shouldn’t have to pay top dollar for this room. The hotel should be advising people of the stairs situation. Had I known this I wouldn’t have booked this hotel. The buffet breakfast was very average, not enough variety and didn’t look that fresh.

Very good location, hotel looks brand new, but housekeeping is a bit slack. They only changed the towels and didn’t clean the rooms or the mugs we used. It was great that they provided commercial grade washing and drying machines that are trackable on the TV. The room is very high tech. My friend got a room on level 9 which didn’t have a lift so she had to go upstairs from level 8 with her luggage. This should’ve been disclosed on the listing. Breakfast was great with mostly local delicacies. No knives were available so we had the spread butter on our toasts with soup spoons.

Love the location, very close to pedestrian street and the room is spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful although they don’t speak English. The things needed to improve is the elevator is too slow. No coffee sachet provided and there’s no weighing scale to borrow. Normally these things are included in majority of the hotels. Other than that, I recommend this hotel.

Great Location & Wonderful Housekeeping Service The location of this hotel is excellent—right on Zhongyang Street and also close to the Songhua River. However, it’s a bit of a walk from the airport bus drop-off point. If you’re not carrying a large suitcase, the walk is quite manageable. The check-in experience wasn’t the best, as I didn’t find the male receptionist particularly welcoming. However, the female staff members were much more attentive. The room was clean, smelled nice, and felt very comfortable. What really stood out to me was the housekeeping staff—especially a short-haired lady who was incredibly kind and genuinely attentive. She even made an effort to communicate with me, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for her name. Another staff member, a female receptionist with glasses, was also very helpful during check-out. I had quite a few questions, and she, along with two other female receptionists on duty at the time, took great care of me. And I have to mention the little delivery robot—I absolutely loved it! Such a fun and convenient touch. Overall, despite a small hiccup at check-in, my stay was very pleasant. If I have the chance, I would definitely stay here again!
