This was the perfect little cabin for a fun weekend on the river! It’s so cozy with a convenient location. Whether you need a relaxing getaway to just hang out on the deck or you want somewhere close to a river float this is your spot.

Wonderful Vacation Spot The cabin was located in the perfect spot for a family vacation. It was extremely clean and well kept. Communicating with the owner was very easy and she is very nice and friendly. My family and I enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to booking again next year.

Trains all night long I wanted a nice quiet cabin by a river. This cabin is nice and by a river, but not quiet. There are trains that go by every 45 minutes that blow their horn due to an unarmed, unlit railroad crossing a block away. Other than that very pertinent fact, it was lively.

Yearly trip to Hardy Host was very helpful with any questions that I had. It was my husband and my 35th anniversary, when we walked in, she had left a special gift for us. The house was perfect and spotless-would love to stay here again!!! I would recommend it to anyone.

Nice place You get used to the train/not a good place to fish/house moves when someone is walking around but if you just want a place to hang out for thr weekend this is a good place.

A great river front stay! Stephanie was an exceptional host! The house was clean, cute, and had everything you could want for an enjoyable weekend getaway. We will definitely book with her again in the future.
