IInvitéWow! We stumbled across this place at last minute as our first choice was booked out - how fortunate it turned out to be! Check-in staff - incredibly welcoming and helpful; room - extremely well presented (newly renovated); location - perfect! Directly across the road to the beach; breakfast - it would have to be the best we’ve had in a very long time. So many options, all top quality. Oh, and the fresh squeezed orange juice was a tasty treat. Definitely recommend this place.

IInvitéVery nice hotel. It’s like a small mall with a casino and hotel attached. Best part is the carpet is padded. Sounds mundane, but walking around your room in socks is a lot more comfortable. Good view on higher floors. Very polite and professional stay.

IInvitéOk hôtel, un peu cher, une bonne zone autour de nombreux restaurants, avait un problème de souris, appelé le bureau frontal, l'audience a offert un remboursement complet mais nous avons refusé parce qu'il était un week-end de vacances et tous les hôtels ont été réservés mais il nous a donné quelques-uns. La carte de clé s'est arrêtée quand nous sommes sortis de la piscine, donc nous avons dû monter devant pour obtenir nos cartes de retour.

IInvitéMa femme et moi avons passé 4 jours à Perdido Key Fl sur la plage pour des vacances. Ensuite, à Biloxi pour un concert Lynyrd Skynyrd samedi soir. Nous avons réservé une chambre à travers Trip.com avant l'arrivée. Nous avons été très surpris par la beauté des plages de Biloxi, et nous avons été très surpris par la condition de l'Hôtel Hampton. La piscine est grande, plein de parkings sombres, très propre et à jour. Le personnel était grand et nous laissons même vérifier un peu tôt avec une chambre améliorée avec vue sur la plage. La chambre était propre et confortable. Micro-ondes et réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Les ascenseurs étaient rapides. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment bon et, à nouveau, tous les membres du personnel étaient très agréables et utiles.

IInvitéOverall the stay was OK… the bed was comfortable, the carpet r need to be vacuum and shampooed, the bathroom floor needed to be cleaned..Make sure you have slides to wear while you’re in the room… the breakfast was better than other places I have stayed…the weekday front desk staff much nice and friendly than the weekend staff besides the young lady who was there Monday Morning 5/12/25 not so nice .

IInvitéThe grounds and exterior of the White House hotel is wonderful. However, other features of this hotel leave something to be desired. Firstly, if you're looking for a place to unwind by the pool with a great ocean view, you're in luck, but unfortunately the pool is not heated. The dining room was unavailable due to ”construction” or ”remodeling,” so any food ordered (which was good) either had to be room-service or eaten at the bar. I stayed in a standard room with a king bed, which was not very comfortable. The vanity light in the bathroom was only half lit, making shaving difficult. The TV in the room was old and the back light seemed to be going out. There was a small 3 drawer dresser for clothing, but other than that, really nothing other than the nightstands to set things on (but there was a very small bistro table for the coffee maker. And the most frustrating part, the AC unit either made the room VERY cold or VERY warm. The uncomfortable bed, with thin covers and a bipolar HVAC made getting good rest impossible. For the same price or less, I could have stayed at one of the casinos with better amenities and more comfortable rooms.

IInvitéLe service était bon. Je pensais que nous avons réservé une chambre à un ****** au lieu d'avoir un hôtel familial. À la recherche d'une vacance romantique au lieu d'avoir des enfants qui courent et descendent dans la salle, de la musique loud étant jouée dehors, et généralement beaucoup de bruit.
Le lit était inconfortable et il n'y avait pas de coucher sur le lit.
Nous avons été à la porte de la porte et nous avons dîné à l'extérieur d'un restaurant.
Le petit déjeuner est servi dans un autre endroit.
En général, une très mauvaise expérience!

IInvitéSomewhat disappointed. We understood that the check in time was at 4pm. However , upon arrival, our room was not ready and we had to wait over an hour for our room. There were a lot of us waiting. Somehow they did not have enough housekeeping staff to clean the rooms that were obviously vacated at 11am as I understood, that was the check out time. As we finally got our room at the 5th floor, we came upon multiple available rooms that were available that needed cleaning. We presumed they needed cleaning because the doors were left open. We actually took a peek inside. I should say, I should give them credit. They gave us free dinner or breakfast. We really were not able to take advantage of the dinner offer since after checking into our room, we rushed to gamble at Beau Rivage. Our breakfast actually came with our booking.

MMari G GLa chambre est très obsolète mais vous obtenez ce que vous payez. Le toilette n'a pas été correctement réglé et a été roulé à tout moment qu'il a été utilisé. Enfin, elle a échappé quand elle a éclaté. Je l'ai fait savoir au bureau frontal. Il y avait un homme qui parlait au bureau de front et leur dit que c'était le deuxième toilette qui avait des questions similaires.
