"When we arrived, the room we originally booked was not ready yet, so we were upgraded to another room at 42 Welldon Crescent. The room was very new and clean, with washing machine and kitchenware. It was conveniently located within walking distance of M&S supermarket and subway station. The neighborhood was very quiet, and Harrow School was a 20-minute walk away. Highly recommended!"

"I had two consecutive bookings for multiple nights. It’s very common for hotels to combine these into one continuous stay, and usually there’s no need to even ask. However, the receptionist said she could only check me in for the first booking and that I had to return to reception and check in again for the next one. This was completely unnecessary and inconvenient."

"Je séjourne toujours au Premier Inn lors de mes visites à Londres - il y a deux stations à proximité à distance de marche pour prendre le métro dans le centre de Londres. L'hôtel est basique et bon marché et c'est vraiment juste une base pour la nuit. Je ne le classerais pas vraiment comme autre chose. C'est exactement ce qu'on attend d'un Premier Inn - les chambres sont petites et confortables. Toujours garanti une bonne nuit de sommeil. Il y a le bruit du train mais cela ne nous a pas vraiment empêchés de dormir - mais c'était là évidemment car vous êtes si près des liaisons de transport. L'hôtel a juste l'air un peu démodé par endroits, mais encore une fois, il n'est pas cher, alors à quoi s'attendre. La seule chose que je n'aime pas dans cet hôtel, c'est l'option petit-déjeuner - chaque fois que nous prenons le petit-déjeuner, il est toujours très mal organisé. Cela dit - je recommande vivement cet hôtel"

"J'ai passé un excellent week-end dans cet hôtel. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien agencée, et le personnel était accueillant et disponible 24h/24 et 7j/7. L'atmosphère était calme et chaleureuse, et les équipements répondaient parfaitement à mes besoins pour un séjour de détente. Un arrêt de bus se trouve juste devant l'hôtel et permet de rejoindre un centre commercial en 10 minutes. En résumé, un séjour parfait ; j'y retournerai avec plaisir."

"There may be a misunderstanding in communication with the hotel, after arriving at the accommodation according to the address provided by the platform, I knew that I was not staying at the address provided by the platform. The key is self-service check-in, no front desk, can only contact the accommodation through platform messages, and finally took two hours to successfully check in 🥹🥲 However, the new address is closer to the city center and the rooms are clean! However note that it is a shared kitchen! It's tidy and OK! Close to next door Harrow School! It is convenient for me to take care of my children Overall good However, it is recommended that you ask about your accommodation two days before your stay, where is the address🤨🤨"
