Hôtels proches de prateek, Hassan

J'ai séjourné dans cette propriété pendant 3 jours. J'ai réservé avec beaucoup de scepticisme et le moins d'attentes, mais quand j'ai vérifié, j'aurais aimé rester ici un peu plus et non, ce n'est pas une exagération. Avantages : 1. Emplacement - La propriété est bien située avec un marché à proximité mais vous ne la trouverez pas bondée. La plupart des gens préfèrent rester à Hassan pour Beluru et Haleebedu, et cela correspond parfaitement à la demande. 2. Chambres - Spacieuses, propres avec des fenêtres que nous pouvons ouvrir (je ne sais pas quand pour la dernière fois, j'ai séjourné dans un hôtel où les fenêtres peuvent rester ouvertes). Les toilettes sont propres et contiennent presque tout ce dont on a besoin (ne vous attendez pas à des produits exotiques car ce n'est pas une propriété 4 ou 5 *) 3. Service - Rapide et toujours avec un ”sourire”. Points négatifs : 1. Nourriture - Les choix de petit-déjeuner sont limités et ils l'ont aménagé dans une sorte de sous-sol (peut-être parce qu'ils servent des œufs). Les choix globaux sont limités et ils servent des non-veg certains jours (je ne sais pas quels jours car nous étions nous-mêmes confus). ) Il y a un grand restaurant attenant à la propriété, qui avait l'air correct, mais nous n'avons pas essayé et oui, ils ont un comptoir de discussion en direct près de l'entrée, peut-être opérationnel uniquement le soir. Un bon geste que j'ai apprécié, c'est qu'ils livrent le journal du jour dans la chambre avec le nom manuscrit mentionné. La plupart des hôtels se sont arrêtés il y a si longtemps. Dans l’ensemble, ce que j’ai le plus apprécié, c’est la touche personnalisée dans tout, de la réception au service en chambre, et cela fait parfois défaut, même dans les propriétés de marque. Je le recommanderai si Hassan est l'endroit où vous vous dirigez ensuite.

We decided to stay here for a night (on the way to coorg) and I would say it was a good stay. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is well maintained as well. The restaurant is swanky, looked huge and impressive. We wanted to try some south indian dishes for dinner but was not available and told that the chef who prepares these dishes have gone home. So we did roam out to get south indian dinner. The next day we tried the buffet breakfast and I should say that it had good variety of dishes and the taste was very good. The lobby at night were bit smelly as the there is a huge open ground behind and we noticed that a window was open. But it didnt affect the room itself and once you go inside the room, its all fine. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay at Hassan.

Room was sparking clean we spoke to some of the staff and told like how well management take care of everybody. Activity centre was great swimming pool was huge and kids enjoyed. Food was good though I think some of the food items can definitely be improved in taste especially prep during rush hours. the way you take orders, deliver the food items, the way you speak and amange calm during rush and how you come back and communicate can definitely be improved. We had one experience of extending the booking with one of the front desk executive and the minimum I was expecting is a prompt response from your side to at least let me know what is possible what is not possible but we had to follow up multiple times. During check out the buggy was super delayed, car cud not come near the lobby gate and we could not fetch water. Food was packed for us and thanks for that. Bidding adieu can surely be better. It's a beautiful place with great amenities just work on your hospitality bit and you will shine better.

My favourite hotel in terms of excellent rooms….so good dining facilities……very good rooms to relax…..Beluru trip was so good……good room service….all the facilities were available….good quality of food items……good ambience….enjoyed well 😊
