I'm from Malaysia, it's my first time to Hatyai Thailand, the hotel staff is very friendly and the best. thank you thailand i will come again later ❤️❤️❤️

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel near Prince of Songkla University Hat Yai and had an excellent experience. The hotel is impeccably clean and offers a high level of comfort, making it easy to relax and unwind. The staff are exceptionally nice and go out of their way to ensure guests feel welcome and well taken care of. The location is fantastic, with Sri Trang Market nearby. This market is a gem, offering a wide variety of affordable options, from delicious street food to unique local products. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this hotel provides everything you need for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

The place is right in the main road of a alley. The building is nice and well-maintained. It’s close to a food market and a convenient store. The staff were nice and helpful. There was a certain smell in the room and the AC is not working so well. But everything else and great.

room was super clean and tidy， air con is cold, there was private parking. staffs were nice and helpful. my daughter loves the loft so much and we'll definitely come back

First of all the location of the hotel in not as per the BILLBOARD they displayed on their page. There are similar bill boards named “Bhundaree” around 200m away frm hotel which is opposite songkhla university so our taxi driver dropped off there. When i entered the owner said i must go to the back that’s the actual hotel. Using google maps and his direction we actually end up in wrong street and someone over there guided to the actual place. Its actual spot is beside Big C convenient store opposite a Mansion and beside apartments. As we arrived at night arnd 8pm the front door was closed and we were panicked. There is a path to car wash beside the door so the car wash staff brought us to the inner counter of the hotel. Its actually too inside and as first timer we got confused and wasted time. Most of them are not English speaking so i had to used google translate to communicate. It was a hassle for a receptionist not an English speaking. As we only stay one night we managed bt the room was all good . PLS BRING UR OWN TOILETRIES most budget hotel there dont provide toiletries. Thank god i brought after seeing no someone’s review. U can just walk to night food market and clubs nearby. BUT to get a grab it would take time. Please dont use Maxim as the drivers there confused wt the place and keep cancelling. At last Grab saved us. I liked the place but not a go place again bcos its too inside. Thank you.

Aircond not cool enough and the water pressure from water heater is too low. Room very Good spacious. Room registration very fast.

Stay for 2 night. Overall ok. Staff very friendly, they also find us a tuk2.. deposit 500bhat.. room & toilet so big & clean. Recomended. Will choose again to stay next trip. con: wifi a bit slow. can't watch tv

Super Clean Room,Staff super friendly,the old lady boss is so helpful & Sweet(13:00thai time) let me check in to the room.But only thing water are slow & must bring on shampoo.

Nice design and clean. Its a shared house. You only rent the room. Shared bathroom just outside the house. Comfy and practical amenities available. Easy to park.

An average accommodation but not people handicap friendly since no lift and have to go through staircase even for the rooms at groundfloor.

1. This location is quite far from city, if you're not driving or have own driver, don't take consider on this hotel, even grab also difficult to call 2. There is some yellowish on the pillow and blanket, so...and the cleaness of toilet is low. 3. Not safe and secure, someone prank during midnight time, keep knocking door, but can't see the face, the guy purposely hiding from the door spy hole, and we heard he went to the next door keep knocking also 4. Staff get into our room without permission, as we already put on "do not disturb", we realised it when we back and saw the service duct in toilet was opening 5. The water heater is not functioning 6. Most of communication by translator, due the staff only know thai and little bit of English
