Avis : Br Grand Hotel

everything was good, room was clean comfortable and aircond in good condition. i just thought the customer service could be better, bcs some of them are not really that friendly. oh and the reason im giving amenities just 4 stars is because if you need to use the iron, they will not send it to you in your rooms— instead you will need to come down to the lobby and use their public iron there. a bit of a hassle if you ask me, but as it is a 3 star hotel i wasnt expecting much. location wise is good as well, there are about two mini supermarkets nearby KK and Big C. 7-e is about 600m away. the location is quiet at night. i had issues with my room as well- both card and key doesnt work so they had to call a fixer guy and i took about 20 mins to fix them. im usually a chill person so i dont really mind about that

Overall is good deal. Hotel is clean with great service. Location wise is a bit outskirts but benefit is we are getting better price and avoid heavy traffic. Room is spacious and clean. Hotel provided free water, coffee at lobby. Parking is not an issue and convenient.

The room is clean. The staff are so friendly. You will hear the voice from the street a little bit but overall is nice. Worth it.

โดยรวมโอเค ห้องกว้าง หมอนอาจจะแข็งนิดนึง สบู่ในห้องน้ำขวดเล็กมาก สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องทุกอย่างโอเค ที่จอดรถมีจำกัด มีที่จอดอาจไม่เยอะมาก ด้านหน้าล็อบบี้อาจดูเล็กและแคบ แต่ในห้องกว้างขวาง ตอนเช้ามีกาแฟสดและช็อกโกแลตให้ดื่ม 

น้ำเบาไปหน่อยผญ.สระผมจะลำบาก ห้องสะอาด เตียงนุ่มไม่กระด้างเหมาะกับคนปวดหลัง หมอนให้มาสองใบน้อยไปหน่อย มีสบูเหลว แชมพู หมวก คอตตอนบัด กาแฟมีบริการข้างล่างหน้าเคาร์เตอร์ ของกินตอนเช้าใกล้ๆ มีบิ๊กซี ห้างขายปลีก

ห้องพักสะอาด อุปกรณ์เครื่องใช้ต่างๆ ยังอยู่ในสภาพดี ทำเลที่ตั้งค่อนข้างดี เหมาะกับคนที่ไม่ชอบความวุ่นวายมาก แต่หาของกินแถวนั้นไม่ยาก ถ้ามีโอกาสมาหาดใหญ่อีก จะกลับมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน

ถนนก่อนถึงโรงแรมนั้น แคบเล็กน้อย แต่มีที่จอดรถพอสมควร โดยรวมถือว่าเป็นโรงแรมที่กลับมาพักซ้ำได้จ้ะ
