Nous séjournons dans cet hôtel depuis le 11/04. au 14.04. 24 trois adultes, ont réservé une chambre avec 2 lits + un canapé, et ont reçu un lit double et un fauteuil lit sans linge de lit !!! Lorsque nous avons contacté la réception, ils nous ont dit qu'ils ne pouvaient pas nous aider, une telle réservation ! Veuillez apporter un drap et une couverture pour votre séjour dans cet hôtel. Il y a une machine à café, mais pas de café, de l'eau coule de la douche, une flaque d'eau partout dans la pièce. Le petit déjeuner est bon, salle de sport aussi, taxi pour le centre de La Havane, à côté d'un magasin d'alcool pour les devises étrangères, etc. plus.

Un très bon hôtel que je recommande, malgré tout le manque de matériel et de nourriture, il est très délicieux et dispose d'un super bon spa.

J'étais de passage pendant une journée. De l'extérieur, l'hôtel est agréable. Situé sur la 1ère ligne de l'océan. Les points positifs incluent la chambre confortable et la propreté. Tout le reste ne correspond pas aux cinq étoiles tirées. A partir de la réception, internet très gênant, qui ne fonctionnait qu'au premier étage. Le Wi-Fi ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre. De plus, le système de connexion Wi-Fi n'est pas pratique. 5 minutes avant le départ, Internet était coupé. Il n'y avait pas un seul kiosque, ni machine à café, ni échangeur dans l'hôtel. Au bar, réservé aux clients, le café est insipide et ils ne le préparent pas en monnaie locale, uniquement avec une carte de crédit. En général, seul l'emplacement sur le rivage mérite cinq étoiles. Il n'y avait pas de papier toilette dans la chambre lors de l'enregistrement. J'ai prévenu la réception, ils l'ont apporté le lendemain une heure avant mon départ.

Le service n'est pas mal, les petits déjeuners sont excellents, à l'arrivée la chambre était très poussiéreuse, comme si personne n'y était resté depuis un mois, la machine à café ne fonctionnait pas dans la douche, l'eau ne s'écoulait pas, je je suis allé à la réception et j'ai signalé le problème, personne ne l'a résolu, l'hôtel est très grand mais il n'y avait personne, petits déjeuners à partir de 7h00, salle de sport ouverte à partir de 8h00
