Voyageant seule, l'Hostal Mango est le lieu idéal pour moi à la Havane pour ne pas avoir à payer le prix d'une chambre double juste pour 1 personne (rare à Cuba) et un bon moyen pour rencontrer d'autres voyageurs. L'hostal comprend un dortoir mixte de 6 places (majoritairement féminin les 2 fois où j'y suis allée), une salle de bain avec douche et toilettes et des casiers pour mettre vos sacs (prévoir votre cadenas). Les draps sont fournis mais apportez votre serviette. Le prix est imbattable, 8 CUC la nuit avec petit déjeuner inclus : vous cuisinez vous-même vos oeufs et avez droit à thé / café, 2 oeufs, 2 pains et un jus de fruit frais. Un point très agréable : il y a de l'eau filtrée donc pas besoin d'acheter des bouteilles, très pratique quand on arrive tard le 1er soir. Côté accueil / conseils, Carlos est là pour vous, très précieux ! Il vous donne les bons plans à la Havane, appelle vos taxis, vous aide à réserver vos prochaines nuitées ou à prévoir votre périple... Je recommande à 200% !

wow i love this place and i was so lucky to stay there and get to know the amazing owners carlos& anelisa. this is maybe the only hostel in havana . i've arrived there when i started my tour around cuba and i've met some other wonderful tourists who later joined me for the rest of my stay in cuba. the hostel is clean, spacious, there is a wonderful shred area and a nice balcony. they offer a stay in dorms or private room. they serve a delicious fresh breakfast every morning. really worth every dollar. the finest service you can find in the city

We had a great time at Hostel Mango. Carlos and his wife are awesome hosts, very helpful and always able to provide a lot of information and insider tips. The hostel is located in a convenient area in Habana Vieja, the common area of the hostel is ideal to relax. Also the breakfast is delicious. We hope to come back one day!

We had a really goods experience here. Alex our host was very good. Jaqueline and Maria the maids were good, The Location is excellent. Alex helped us facilitate and recommended an amazing place with Vicen and Yuccy in Vinales as well as gave us good avdie and set us off on a good path and organized airport rides etc, This place is clean and comes with a mini fridge stoked with drinks and clean nice bathroom breakfast included off the street an quiete. We really love our whole trip to Cuba and Alex and crew here old the old town Havana Pergrino on 60 Chancon were fabulous. Alex whats app is 53 5 251 9000. mike and Caroline from California

Carlos and Anlelis were both very friendly and helped us with recommendations on food, places to go, did our washing, booked a lovely casa for us in Venales, booked us transport all at very reasonable prices , other travellers were getting charged more than us for the same transport! The room was cleaned everyday and had nice communal area, also in a great location! Also great breakfast which was different every morning and came with lovely smoothie! Top place to stay!!

Carlos is the one. He supported everyone and helped with collectivos and accomodation in other places in Cuba. The place is very nice and well maintaind. It is located very close to the pier and also to the Capitol and the Cathedral. Breakfast is great, and beeing there feels very warm and welcoming. I met many other travellers there and joined a few of them for certain activities. There is a good calm environment in that place and the hosts are the best you could ask for!

Es un excelente lugar la hospitalidad de los encargados es lo máximo siempre están a disposición de ayudar. Si requieren ir a cuba y pasarla bien en un lugar económico este es el lugar adecuado. Ofrece servicio de cocina todo accesible para el huesped
