We recently stayed in this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was a small issue with the card holder for the lights, it fell off. Lynne on reception went above and beyond to get us moved to another room. We were very impressed with the level of care and speed in which this matter was resolved. We will be looking forward to booking again very soon.

We both had an excellent overnight stay at this hotel. Friendly staff at the hotel and the restaurant. Ideal location for an early start the next day. The rooms were very quiet despite being close to the motorway. Would certainly return here when next in the area.

Issues with staffing and a supplier meant several items were off the menu and the restaurant was understaffed. What could have been a miserable evening was held together by Sam and Tom who were absolute stars, handling it with good humour and keeping us all informed and keeping the drinks flowing until the food arrived. Could have been memorably bad but turned out memorably good.

The room was spotless and comfy, with quality crisp fresh bed linens. The mattress was very comfortable leading to great night’s sleep. The shower room adequate in size with excellent powerful shower. Key card security to lifts to rooms. All staff helpful but an extra shout out to the server in the restaurant in the evening, Kieran. He was so helpful and efficient and friendly. Given he was the only server he wasn’t flustered at all, nor was anyone ignored and there were no delays to our meals or drinks! Amazing , thank you Kieran. There was a good menu choice and we combined the evening meal with breakfast making it really great value.

Good relaxing sleep what more can I say after a funneral all we wanted was a relaxing night. Breakfast was rubbish cold. Bacon sausages cold eggs like plastic beans dried up mushrooms cold I could go on and on not nice shame. How ridiculous having to go on and on about nothing

This was the first time i had stayed at this Premier Inn and i can honestly say it will not be the last. From Helen on reception, to Eloise and Sam in the restaurant, the experienced staff clearly know what they are doing and the service throughout was excellent (as was the food). It was a pleasant stay (for business) and nothing was too much trouble. Great team - well done to you all.

Amber & Helen from Bedhampton Hill were very friendly & welcoming. Went that extra mile even with it being so early in the morning. They both welcomed me with a smile and a positive attitude. With such professional staff, I would highly recommend Bedhampton Hill.

The staff were so friendly and the breakfast was so nice and friendly made to order and the staff here went out of their way to check in with us, and the rooms were nice and clean can’t fault a thing great stay It’s in a nice location not to far from the city centre as well witch was nice and convenient

Very clean hotel, the staff were very helpful throughout my stay and certainly made my stay more enjoyable for me, there rooms were very sanitary and comfortable to spend the night in would spend more time at premier inns since my stay was so good.

Stayed here for a week due to work. All of the staff that I encountered were lovely and made me feel at ease. Both in the restaurant and hotel although they are separate buildings but the same team? Room had everything I needed on the second floor, would book here again

Hotel has issues due to age, smells, electrics wouldn't work in one room, significant mould in the bathroom, ceiling covered in spiders webs. Other than that lovely hotel, NOT. We only stayed for a single night, would have moved to another if needed more than one night

We stayed here for a night stop and get away. It was what is says on the tin, comfy bed and nice staff around the hotel and restaurant, the building is looking old and could do with some touch ups here and there. Check in was a bit slow and our key cards did not work a couple of times, a mouldy smell on the ground floor but the room was cheap so we can not complain massively

Having prepaid for a room and free parking (subject to availability), imagine the annoyance of getting a £100 parking fine from a company called parkmaven, who I have never heard of. The hotel will not even acknowledge my two emails (it has been 8 days) and after being on hold for 10 minutes on two phone calls to their reception, I have given up. If you are driving here, be warned!

Guess its old - small bed - mould in bathroom - room keys that dont work - its well placed for where we wanted to be, but will consider an alternative next time
