"There are buses from Hayle train station. The staff were friendly. The room was right above the bar, and luckily it was a Monday night when I checked in, so there were only a couple of other guests! Aside from the sound of cars passing by outside, I didn't hear any noise from the bar. The room was clean, and both single beds were comfortable. The showerhead had good water pressure."

"Lovely old pub, excellent food and friendly staff. Also very doggy friendly. Our Bertie was given pats and biscuits. Will definitely come again. Fairly large car park and not far from St Erth station. Can highly recommend this pub. So can Bertie"
