This charge is more important for you than it is for us. It is used to have the septic system pumper PRIOR to your stay to make sure you have an uninterrupted event. The septic system is what's used for water/bathrooms in such large houses and is designed to handle a specific amount of people and thus when there is additional people this must be done in advance. Failing to inform us and pay for the additional persons will cause you other wise to have clogged bathrooms and water backing out and will ruin your entire stay and event of which also you will be still responsible for the payment and an additional penalty for having to rush out the company due to your failure of disclosure of how many persons are attending. You may update us up to a day prior to your event to make it happen We do NOT charge a cleaning fee thus please assist in keeping the place as clean as possible upon your check out.
