Welcome to Bear Hollow! Come enjoy our 2200 square foot home on a 1.5-acre lot with plenty of space for outdoor fun and activities. Our property is located on the north side of Wigwam Bay with beautiful views of Mille Lacs Lake. We provide lake access with a private dock and 5000 lb. boat lift for your use. In addition, a complimentary golf cart to bring items back and forth from the home to the lake. Relax on the enormous patio facing Mille Lacs Lake while grilling or sipping on your favorite cold beverage. Inside we have a large, open kitchen and dining area with a 7-foot farm style kitchen table for you and your companions. Spread out in the grand main living area with vaulted ceilings and a two-way gas fireplace that is shared with the master bedroom suite. Sit back and relax on all the comfortable rustic furnishings throughout the home. If extra space is needed, we have a 900 square foot guest house available! For an additional cost our guest house is a perfect bonus for large or multiple families. Ask how to add at booking. In the guest house you will find an additional bedroom, living room with futon, full kitchen and a small game room in the finished attached garage. Parking is available in the main home’s heated two stall garage. There is additional parking around the giant, horseshoe concrete driveway. We have all the space needed for your boat, a tournament partner’s boat, personal watercrafts or recreational vehicles. The home comes with everything that you need including a fully furnished kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms with two additional rollaway beds. Smart TV, DVD with complimentary high-speed internet and Wi-Fi. In the guest house, we have an additional TV and Wi-Fi. Outside we offer a private boat dock and remote controlled 5000 lb. boat lift for your personal use. There is also a private boat launch and harbor in the neighborhood with lots of space for parking, if needed. Mille Lacs Lake is truly a world-class fishing destination including Walleye, Smallmouth, Largemouth, Northern Pike, Muskies, Jumbo Perch, Crappies and Sunfish. There is a good chance you will catch a trophy fish during your fishing adventure! We are conveniently located a short drive away from Tutt's, Garrison Sports Tackle and bait shops. We know reputable fishing guides and can connect you with them. Hardwoods Golf course is a few blocks away. For ATVs, snowmobiling and hiking, Kathio State Park and the Soo Line Trail are nearby. Grand Casino, a movie theater and downtown Garrison are all 5 miles away. Paul Bunyan Land is located on Hwy 18, an approximate 20-minute drive away. During the autumn season you will enjoy the wonderful fall colors on Mille Lacs Lake. Enjoy over 300 miles of premier ATV trails making this the largest connected ATV trail in Minnesota. Keep in mind, the fish are getting fattened up for the winter so you can catch a big one or two! There is the Mille Lacs Wildlife Management Area on the south end of the lake with over 39,000 acres of public hunting. Winter activities including snowmobiling on many miles of groomed trails, cross-country skiing, ice fishing or break out the snowshoes. There are plowed roads for ice fishing, which provide access on and off Mille Lacs Lake. Local resorts offer fish houses for rent or bring your own.
