Recently, Stadshotel Heerlen was completely renovated and matched with the beautiful colors and modern ambiance of Restobar G1, located on the ground and first floor. Restobar G1 itself is only open for dinner from Thursday to Saturday. Our breakfast buffet is, of course, ready for you every morning on the first floor.
The elevator can only be used by guests during reception opening hours. With the exception of the opening hours of Restobar G1, when open it is possible to use this. This implies that our hotel is less suitable for disabled guests.

Felt very welcome when checking in, however the rest of the stay there was another receptionist that wasn’t very friendly and never said anything when greeted. She didn’t even ask how our stay was when checking-out. Shame really as the location is great.

Voor een gezin niet geschikt! Tussen 11 en 15 is er sowieso niemand aanwezig. En na 20 uur kun je ook niemand meer bereiken. Wij kwamen om 19 uur inchecken, maar de deur ging niet open.... dus via het aangrenzende restaurant naar binnen. Daar was een etentje aan de gang. Prima, klonk gezellig en zodra we een trap op waren was er geen geluid meer te horen. Tot er om 22 uur een bandje ging spelen..... tot 24 uur hebben we zo ongeveer "op de dansvloer" gelegen. Zelfs de oordopjes die klaar lagen waren niet afdoende om het geluid te dempen tot acceptabel niveau. Hier gaan we echt nooit meer naartoe!

Останавливались в этом отеле одну ночь. В принципе, все было хорошо: тёплая комната, везде чисто, удобная кровать, горячая вода с хорошим напором в душе, неплохое расположение относительно вокзала. Особо отмечу наличие на первом этаже вкусного ресторана, который работает допоздна (очень пригодилось, когда мы в 9 часов вечера только приехали в Херлен)! Из минусов отмечу крайне тускло освещение в номере: невозможно ни читать, ни комфортно работать за компьютером. Видимо, это отель, чтобы спать, а не жить в нем)) Особенно обидно, что в самом номере есть интересные дизайнерские решения, но из-за отсутствия света их невозможно рассмотреть....
