地理位置很好，地處合肥濱湖新區，環境整潔，交通便利，酒店房間設施很好，非常安靜，唯一不足的是早餐，十點結束，我們九點半下去，已經幾乎沒有什麼吃的了，回答因為當天人太多了正在重新準備，但是之後並沒有把所有的餐品都準備出來，感覺身為酒店，應該對每天入住的客人數以及用早餐人數進行統計，不應該出現這種情況，此外，早餐廳的位置很少，且不能前往邊上中餐廳用早餐，這一點希望可以改進。

D'accord. Chambre double deluxe, la chambre n'est pas très grande, je pense que c'est la même chose que la chambre double supérieure carrée, le magasin a également dit que ce n'est que la différence de niveau d'étage, maintenant le rez-de-chaussée est en cours de rénovation, et l'hôtel je suis arrivé dans l'après-midi était très endormi, jusqu'à 6 Le point est terminé, et la tronçonneuse continue de sonner. L'avantage c'est que le lit est très confortable, et il y a un canapé où il fait bon se restaurer.

Je pense toujours que c'est le meilleur hôtel Golden Yuan du siècle que j'ai vécu. C'est également super, la position géographique est bonne. L'autre côté est un grand magasin de commerce. Avec ses parents, ils ont choisi la chambre familiale, ce prix est trop précieux!! Deux salles de bains dans la chambre sont à un moment, un grand lit est deux lits individuels, la vente peut être envoyée par le robot dans la chambre (mais il semble que le téléphone de la chambre ne soit pas rappelé à la porte). Il y a un parking gratuit à la porte, le personnel est très ami et il est très positif de traiter les problèmes. Un peu moins est que l'eau de la boue n'est pas très ouverte, l'isolement de la fenêtre est généralement normal, l'interrupteur de la lumière n'a pas indiqué de demander un essai par essai, mais ils sont tous acceptables, 400 vélos sont toujours à la réception avec le petit déjeuner!!

IInvitéÀ mon avis, les hôtels InterContinental sont tous plus anciens et, désormais, lorsque je voyage, j'ai tendance à choisir des B&B distinctifs ou des hôtels étoilés qui viennent d'ouvrir. Cette fois, je suis passé par Hefei, et comme l'endroit où je devais me rendre était proche de l'Intercontinental, je n'ai signalé aucun enregistrement surprise. Nana, la sœur de la réception, avait un doux sourire et était très polie. Elle a pris l'initiative de surclasser la chambre. Au cours de la conversation, elle a appris que nous n'avions pas réservé le petit-déjeuner à l'hôtel car nous devions prendre un vol tôt, alors. elle a pris l'initiative de nous informer que le petit-déjeuner commencerait à 6h30 et nous le donnerait gratuitement. Après une nuit bien remplie, nous sommes allés à l'hôtel pour commander une collation de fin de soirée. La sœur de la réception était déjà sortie du travail (il était après minuit). Nous l'avons informée que les plats à emporter que nous avions commandés étaient arrivés et lui avons demandé. pour le livrer. Ce n'est qu'à ce moment-là que nous avons découvert qu'elle avait déjà quitté le travail, mais elle a immédiatement répondu et lui a demandé de livrer des plats à emporter à la porte de la chambre. Bien que les installations de l'hôtel soient relativement anciennes, la propreté est tout à fait à la hauteur et le service méticuleux me donne la détermination de choisir l'InterContinental la prochaine fois que j'irai à Hefei.

Generally quiet, though you’ll likely hear room doors opening and closing from the corridor as the walls seem to be a bit thin. If I go back to Hefei, I’d stay there again.

IInvitéThis was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel and I was not disappointed. This new hotel opened in April. I usually stay at less expensive hotels but I was attending a festival at Luogang Central Park and wanted to find accommodations nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel door to the festival gates. I could see the stages from my room.
The service at the hotel was the best that I have ever encountered. I was immediately greeted by the guest services agents. Sally, the front office manager, assisted me as I checked in. She speaks excellent English. Sally assisted me by entering the hotel address and room number into Meituan. The food was delivered to my room by robot. Sally and the staff at the front desk made sure that everything about my stay was as perfect as it could be. On day two, I ordered Meituan again. The food never arrived. As I do not know any Chinese, Sally helped me by talking to the vendor and delivery driver. She spent two days (even after I had checked out and gone home) to make sure that I got a full refund from Meituan. For some reason, I could not rent a phone charger from the machine in the lobby (that is a problem on my end not a problem with the machine). One of the guest services agents on duty rented the charger for me and I paid her when I returned the charger.
My room was beautiful! I had a corner room with windows on two sides. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub each day. The toilet came with a remote control that I translated. There were a few minor things about the room that could be improved. 1. The refrigerator was stocked with free beverages. However, there were no sugar free sodas. The water bottles are smaller than what I am used to and there were only two bottles of regular drinking water in the room. The maid and front desk were happy to supply me with more when asked. 2. The telephone sits on the bedside table that is in the far corner of the room. You have to walk around the bed to reach it. The phone would be more accessible on the side of the bed closer to the sitting area. I don't usually use the hotel phone but you do get a call when the robot comes to your door. 3. To open and close the curtains, you press the button next to the bed. The corner room has large windows on both walls. There is no way to only open the curtain on one side of the room. The morning sun was too strong from one window so I used a chair to prop open the curtains on the other window. 4. There is a lack of foreign programming on the television. Other hotel chains that I use have a free English movie station like HBO or Cine-Max. I travel with a USB stick that has some movies saved on it in case the hotel does not offer such programming. However, the original TV remote is not supplied in the room and there is no way to change the TV input from their satellite box to the USB port. I did not have my laptop with me. I inquired with Sally at the front desk but there was nothing that she could do. There was an option to order pay per view movies. 5. The next problem is my error. I put the paper do not disturb sign on the door. I did not realize that there was also a button on the light switch that turns on a green light outside of the door when you want the room cleaned. I accidentally turned on the light. The maid walked in on me without knocking first. She was very kind and apologetic.
I did not use all hotel amenities. I did enjoy the wine, coffee, and snacks in the front lobby. I also ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There was a nice variety on the breakfast buffet that changed daily. I found the laundry room to be clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. It is located near the fitness room and restaurant.
I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The small issues that I mentioned above are just minor inconveniences and nothing that can't be corrected or worked around. Based on my stay here, I would also try other Mercure hotels when traveling.

IInvitéJe reviens fréquemment à Langham, à chaque fois que je reviens, je contacte Mme Anne à l'avance pour m'aider à organiser une chambre. Elle est vraiment attentionnée et enthousiaste. La chambre est aménagée à ma satisfaction à chaque fois, ce qui rend mon séjour très paisible. . Le buffet du petit-déjeuner au deuxième étage de l'hôtel est délicieux, avec de nombreuses variétés et de bon goût. Je dois m'enregistrer à chaque fois. D'ailleurs, le happy hour dans le salon exécutif du 44ème étage est également très exquis. très bon et les vins préparés sont de bonne qualité. Très haut. Le personnel est très mignon. Ils prendront l'initiative de discuter avec les invités, ils aideront activement. l'expérience est très satisfaisante. Merci Anne pour la recommandation et l'arrangement je reviendrai la prochaine fois.

IInvitéLovely location with places to walk around a beautiful lake which could have been enjoyed more during a cooler season. The view from the breakfast place was enjoyable as well as the breakfast which has a lot of variety.. The free tea set was very lovely, and I enjoyed it. It would have been better to have a non smoking room because the smell and the carpet showed signs of smoking but I chose a bigger room instead of the recommended. I did not give the highrest cleanliness rating due to the condition of the carpet but everything else was very clean. My room had a bathtub and a shower . The bathtub always makes me happy! They have a lovely pool which is easy to access., You may have to share a lane due to swimming lessons but people are respectful and accommodating. There is another pool off to the side which is shallow and would be great for smaller children. It is the perfect combination of indoor but with natural light and you can see the garden. It is clean and well maintained. Staff was extremely helpful but their English is limited so it is helpful to know some Chinese. My Chinese is limited but we managed just fine.

CChrisUne belle occasion d'expérimenter l'hospitalité chinoise. J'ai séjourné avec mon chat et nous avons été très accueillis. Le propriétaire est très attentif et regarde bien ses invités. Il est bon de savoir que la réception est au 3ème étage. La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Le lit était très confortable. Une zone tranquille et une maison, juste parfaite si vous avez besoin d'un bon repos ou de voyager avec un animal de compagnie anxieux.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was overall quite impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were welcoming and incredibly efficient, making the check-in process both speedy and effortless.
The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. The housekeeping team obviously takes great care in ensuring that every detail is attended to, from the fresh linens to the spotless bathroom.
The hotel's location is another great advantage. Being near the subway made it incredibly convenient to get around and explore the city with ease. Despite its prime location, the price was very reasonable, offering excellent value for money.
Breakfast was a highlight of the morning, with a delicious variety that really set me up for the day. The quality and selection of food were outstanding, and it was a treat to start each day with such a satisfying meal.
One area for improvement would be the noise cancellation in the rooms. Being close to the subway, I did notice some ambient noise that occasionally disturbed my sleep. However, this was a minor issue in an otherwise excellent stay.
In summary, this hotel excels in many areas: exceptional reception, efficient check-in, clean rooms, convenient location, reasonable pricing, and delicious breakfast. With a bit of improvement in noise cancellation, it would be truly perfect. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to others.

AAnnieJe suis venu à midi. Grand service au bureau frontal - en anglais, merci. Les chambres étaient super. La dame qui a nettoyé ma chambre au 20ème étage était super belle. Le buffet pour le petit déjeuner était délicieux. La femme qui m'a donné la salle de repas, que j'avais rencontrée avant, était aussi gentille que d'habitude.

RRob72I booked this hotel for my wife, who is Chinese. I wasn't allowed to use my trip coins. She was in town to register our Hong Kong marriage at the Hukou office. The room they booked her into was not the one that was advertised. I booked a panoramic double room but what is shown in the pictures is not what she received.
I suspect because she is Chinese she was downgraded. She said the room was old and not good. They did switch her to another room for an upgrade but it still looked like the same type of room. It was very small when compared to the pictures on trip.com.
At first, we thought this was a hotel we could stay at again when I come to Anhui to visit her family. After her experience, we will probably not stay here. I have very high standards and always expect to get what I pay for. Additionally, her reservation included the free breakfast buffet. She said the breakfast was low quality.
Also, the reservation included a free gift. She did not receive a free gift, as promised.
