Oriental Hawaii Hotel (Heihe Central Pedestrian Street Shop)

The hotel's territory was nothing special, but the room itself was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but the lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways and common areas was quite unpleasant. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the smoke issue could be a deal-breaker for some.

The hotel advertises itself with air conditioner. In fact, there are AC in every room, but they don't give you a remote control and they refuse to let you use it. I ask the receptionist for the remote control of the room and she answered in a very rude way that "there was not". If you don't know how to treat customers, don't work in customer service. If you don't provide a service, don't advertise it.

Good hotel for staying a few nights. Service level is good, just ask for whatever you need. Room is quite warm and big. Two free water bottles in the bathroom, the rest in the room is paid. Cleaning depended on the day, no new free water was given. Supermarket across the street that opens till late and almost all attractions are in walkable distance. "Hot Springs" cost 33 yuan extra, separated by gender, female is on the first floor. Best to go late as it's a public place, had the 3 pools for myself after 10pm.

Breakfast was ok, shower door was missing, housekeeping did not clean the room, location is very convenient, stay in overall was ok

В целом гостиница нормальная, жить можно, но неплохо было бы конечно сделать реновацию, так как состояние мебели и интерьера оставляет желать лучшего. Расположение отличное, в пешей доступности различные магазины, кафе, Хуафу и пешеходная улица. Бронировал с 28 на 29 декабря 2024 года за 2500 ₽ на трип ком. С заселением проблем не было. Заселили в номер с одной двухспальной и одной полутораспальной кроватью. В номере было тепло. Всё необходимое в номере имелось. За такие деньги считаю вполне нормально, за большие деньги наверное лучше посмотреть альтернативу.  Баня в гостинице на любителя, стоит 33 юаня с человека. Есть услуги массажа заказывая которые необходимо быть внимательным, могут включить в счёт второстепенные услуги которые вам были не нужны.  Я заказал лечение ног за 100 юаней, не зная методики данного массажа, а мне в итоге в силу недопонимания либо специально навязывая доп услуги сделали чистку ног за 59 юаней, педикюр за 79 юаней и массаж стоп за 79 юаней.
