Les toilettes n'étaient pas nettoyées tous les jours. Les fenêtres ne s'ouvraient pas.

Le séjour a été très agréable. L'hôtel était propre et idéalement situé en centre-ville. Le personnel était très aimable et serviable, et tout était parfaitement organisé. 😊

Emplacement fantastique à un prix avantageux. Situé en plein cœur de la ville, tout est accessible à pied.

Superbe établissement, très bien situé. J'ai également pu déguster gratuitement des gloggis et des biscuits un après-midi. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux et varié.

Très pratique. Proche de l'université d'Helsinki, du métro et d'un supermarché.

Un séjour exceptionnel et abordable à Hakaniemi. Idéalement situé à proximité de la gare, l'hôtel dispose également d'un McDonald's et d'une supérette. La propreté des chambres est irréprochable et le petit-déjeuner buffet est délicieux.

Scandic Kaisaniemi is a decent choice for a short stay. The hotel feels a little run-down and could definitely benefit from a renovation, but the location is excellent. It's just a short walk from Helsinki Central Railway Station and within easy reach of the city's main attractions. If location is your priority and you're only staying for a night or two, it does the job well.

Big room and very nice breakfast.

We really loved our stay here. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful throughout our visit. They kindly gave us a complimentary early check-in, which was much appreciated. As our train was delayed, we also paid €20 for a late check-out, allowing us to stay until 6:30 pm instead of the usual 12 pm check-out. This was very convenient. They also kindly stored our luggage for three days, which was extremely helpful and thoughtful of them. One small downside was that there was no kettle in the room. Tea, coffee, milk and a kettle could be provided for an additional €5. When you’re travelling for a longer holiday, every little extra cost counts 🥹, so we felt this could have been included. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were genuinely friendly and professional. We would happily stay here again.
