This large lakeview property is breathtaking! The house sits atop a hill with spectacular views of Kentucky Lake and a large front and back yard. The open floor plan is perfect for large families. The living room has a large stone fireplace, elk chandelier and a one of a kind staircase reminiscent of home fit for Yellowstone! The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for entertaining large families or a romantic weekend getaway. The home has a large front porch and two additional private porches off of the downstairs bedrooms perfect for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Or you can cozy up on the large back porch with seating for 6 to grill out or just relax. There is a two car garage so bring your boat (you can put in about a mile away). The property is located about 5 minutes away from Buchanan Resort where boat and watercraft rentals are available.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).All pets must be house broken and leashed..About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:Events allowed: family gatherings and birthday parties.Maximum event attendees: 15.

Beautiful, relaxing, amazing stay!

Its was absolutely Gorgeous!!
The open plan of the house was nice, we were able to be spread out but still all together. The front porch is where its at in the mornings, about 6 am you can see deer at the feeder and right a dusk they come back, Oh that Beautiful sunrise over the lake was surely gods beautiful work!! This will definitely be our spot. The owner was so welcoming. A great time was had by all and These memories will be cherished forever!!!

Lake house
This is our second stay here and we stayed in 2023 and 2025 nice and big quiet place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.we have family that lives here and have a boat in a slip at Buchanans. Gives u a nice view

Perfect Accommodation for Family
My family and I wanted to stay together for my daughter’s wedding In Springville, TN. The beautiful home accommodated all nine of us comfortably. The owner, Keely, was so wonderful and easy to communicate with. She always responded in a timely manner to any questions we had.

Another blessing at Thanksgiving
