Le parking de l'hôtel est derrière l'hôtel, l'hôtel est au bord de la route, j'ai fait environ 2 tours pour le trouver, la façade est relativement petite. Cependant, les installations internes sont assez bonnes et le personnel de la réception est très enthousiaste. La nourriture autour de l'hôtel est également pratique, ce prix peut être dans l'hôtel cinq étoiles en Crète, je pense que le prix est bon.

Hôtel très confortable et idéalement situé (proximité aéroport, port et centre ville), cet établissement est à recommandé. Le personnel est professionnel et accueillant, les prestations sont de qualité et le standing très bon. Possibilité de déjeuner au restaurant panoramique en haut de l'hôtel avec vue sur le port d'Héraklion. Deux petits bémols concernant le parking (partenariat avec le parking du port à 500m) et nuisances sonores liés au trafic aérien (hôtel dans l'axe de décollage). Séjour en famille parfait pour autant.

Hotel sympathique situé pas loin des restaurants et de la rue principales. Le personnel est très agréable. Seul soucis, la salle de bain, une porte coulissante aurait été préférable. Le petit déjeuner classique avec des spécialités grecques et européennes. Ce fût un agrébale séjour. Je vous le recommande.

I had a pleasant 7 night stay here at this accommodation while in Heraklion, Crete. It belongs to the Lato Boutique, which is the main hotel. The Annex is right opposite and required card access to enter. Room was the Economy room (15 sq. metres), a little on the small side, but good enough for a solo traveller. The room was right next to the stairwell and the lift, so there were times I could hear people moving about, but at night it was very quiet, and there were no sleep disruptions. Bed was comfy, air-conditioning was also good. The shower was also good, with shampoo and soap provided, though I noticed it was running a little low towards the end of my stay (i.e., no refills were done). I also appreciated that a luggage rack was provided, along with two bottles of water on check-in day. Fridge was big enough to fit lots of mineral water bottles to keep them cold, which would be a great reprieve in the summer time. Room safe was incredibly huge as well, it can easily store laptops securely, if needed. The elevator door got stuck on the day of check-out, but still worked, so not too big of an issue there. Wi-Fi requires a special code that you can get from the reception. My first code strangely stopped working after two days, but was promptly rectified after I informed the reception of the issue. There were no other connectivity issues for me. The hotel location is pretty near to the Venetian Port, and the Rocca Fortress; it is also walking distance away from the main shopping street in Heraklion and lots of good eating places nearby. There are also supermarkets nearby to get water as well. It does get quiet at night, but I did not encounter any incidents that made me feel unsafe. My room came with buffet breakfast included, which is served in the main building. Breakfast starts service from 7 am onwards, and was generally quite crowded at the start. Depending on the crowd level, the staff will occasionally open up a new section of the dining area. Breakfast was generally good, there was a good spread of American breakfast items, to pastries, ham and cheese and even Greek yogurt with a lot of condiments. It varied a little bit from day-to-day, but was generally the same for the most part.

J ai été AGRÉABLEMENT surpris de cet hôtel, qui a été au delà de nos espérances, avec du personnel, professionnel et agréable et serviable, malgres la barrière de la langue. Les chambres sont impeccables, moderne et d une propreté irréprochable. Étant rester 10 jours dans cet hôtel, ce qui est agréable c est de décider facilement, que le ménage et changement drap, serviette, soit fait dans la journée. Et ce qui est appréciable c est les supermarket qui sont très proches de l hôtel ainsi que station de bus (500m) pour se rendre dans le centre d heraklion par exemple. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel..... Et vraiment bravo aux personnels

Nous avons choisi ces appartements pour notre séjour de 3 nuits à Heraklion. Nous avons été 3 familles et avons choisi une chambre, une suite et 2 chambres. Le climatisation a été très bien et le personnel était très heureux et utile. La location était superbe, à pied littéralement dans le lobby et dans la place principale d'Heraklion. Parking pour nos voitures était un couple de blocs dans un garage de parking (8 euros par jour) avec privilèges en entrée et en sortie. Une vitesse de 5 minutes à pied jusqu'au terminal de ferry. Je recommande vivement de rester ici et nous resterons certainement à nouveau quand nous rentrons à Heraklion.

Superb, contemporary suites & amazing hospitality! From the moment we arrived the welcome & detailed information provided by Mary, on the front desk, was amazing! We were only staying one night & were welcomed with homemade lemonade then a homemade liqueur made with red wine & geranium flowers. Nothing was too much trouble. Mary gave us restaurant recommendations, a map & answered any queries. The rooms are stunning: a luxury, contemporary renovation of the highest standard. It’s worth upgrading to a suite as we originally booked the lead-in room which was internal.
