IInvitéOur stay in the deluxe safari cabin was amazing!! Situated right on the garden bed where turtles, ducks and fish swim up to be fed. The cabin itself is perfect for a family of 4 and is very clean. The park boasts two pools, playground and jumping inflatable. You can also hire bikes or pedal carts for cheap. Close proximity to the esplanade and specialty shops, I highly recommend our stay and we will be back.

Les chambres sont entièrement équipées avec des micro-ondes et des couverts simples pour un petit-déjeuner simple. L'hôtel dispose d'une petite piscine qui a l'air très mignonne et la palette de couleurs extérieures de l'hôtel est également très agréable. La voiture peut être garée directement devant la porte de la chambre, ce qui est très pratique. L'hôtel ne possède pas de restaurant et ne propose pas de petit-déjeuner.

IInvitéAnother great stay at The Oaks. The realty wonderful clean , modern facilities easily make up for the current work on the pool.
Not to mention the incredible ocean views and staff doing all they can to make your stay wonderful.
I have never had a bad experience at the Oaks .
We’ll be back in the new year.

SShanice HenawayStayed at this hotel for 4 night paying over $800. Plus had to pay $200 deposit.
20 mins after checking in and storing my belongings into the hotel room.
The manager had knocked on my door and falsely accused me of smoking ********* in his hotel.
Much to his surprise I was telling the truth and he apologized for the accusation.
Upon check out day. I cleaned the floors and all the rest of it. Took pictures for evidence of room when checked out.
Realised i hadnt been refunded my $200. asked for my deposit refund as it hasn't been put back into my account.
Manager denied paying me my deposit back and claimed that he had to pay his cleaners extra for the extra 40 mins they took to clean UNDER our beds. Which he never stated that would be a reason to withhold my full refund.
I left the room clean, no damages to property upon checkout, As manager instructed. I proved I certainly wasn't smoking ********* in his hotel.
Completed a complaints form about his customer service as he still refusing to give me my $200 deposit.
Will never stay there again.

CCraigTI stated at the Ramada for two nights when I was in Hervey Bay for a trip to Fraser Island. Overall, it was a pleasant enough stay. The hotel location is located near the esplanade, which is a quiet part of town about 8 km from the CBD, and has a few dining options within walking distance near the boat club. The hotel staff were all friendly upon arrival, the hotel room I was in was reasonably modern / well maintained (but your expectations should be set at ”regional Australia hotel quality” and not ”major city hotel quality”), and it has a on-site pool / restaurant (there was also a tiny 'gym' but it did not really have anything other than a cardio machine and some small weights). There was on-site parking, but the spaces were small and filled up very quickly when I was there (I didn't have trouble parking, but did find myself getting the final free space a couple of times). I had no real complaints about the place and would happily stay there again.

IInvitéThe hotel was amazing as per usual, however the new staff member had no idea about the facilities and what each room had in them. We had a heap of microwave items we disposed of , just to find there was a microwave after being told there definitely wasn’t one. Maybe the staff need to look in the rooms every once and a while .

Le fan et l'AC dans la chambre fonctionnaient bien et n'étaient pas trop bruyants.
Lave-linge, shampooing, conditionnement, lotion et crème de rasage fourni.
