Hotel breakfast is great! Service is excellent. The counter staff at check-in were particularly helpful. We had a nice view from the room, and the place was quiet and tranquil.

Room is up to satisfactory, The cafe for breakfast needs to be better organised, it was quite messy and did not give you sense of cleanliness and comfort.

We had a great view of the mountain. There aren’t anything near the hotel. You have to didi to places. The facilities for kids in the hotel was great. Outdoor pool and the activities were amazing. The play room was a little small but there were good options of arcades (self paid). Not much choice for breakfast.

萬豪旗下的酒店，但不得不説水準，尤其是服務水準真的很差。
先説好的，酒店坐落在大雁山旁，環境還是很不錯的。
我提前1個月左右定了酒店的房間的山景雙床房，含雙早。當時預訂時2晚的房價是分別是737元和632元，想着過年放假是會上浮的，到了酒店當天，無意打開攜程，發現房間竟然只有486元/晚，也就説，同樣的時間，同樣的房型和餐食條件，便宜了近400元，當然最後攜程是很爽氣的讓我退掉重定了，經濟上是沒有損失的，但是如果我當天沒有打開手機看價格呢，是不是就莫名奇妙損失了400？
再説入住，春節期間人手緊張，可以理解，但是辦入住足足讓我們等了1個半小時，從近3點等到4點半，酒店難道不應該根據當天入住情況合理安排嗎？
再説房間的衞生，入住第二天我們外面玩好回來是4點多，沒有打掃，15分鐘後來打掃看孩子在房間裏也就草草收拾了一下衞生間，連被子也沒有鋪平。入住第三天，我們吃好晚飯回來是19:15，房間依然沒有打掃，我打電話去前台反應，一直到20:00依舊沒有人來打掃。
餐食，早餐的標準感覺就是普通4星級標準，晚餐自助更是一點食慾也沒有，非常對不起188（萬豪會員價）的價格。
總體來説，酒店的服務尤其是客房服務的人手需要大大增加。

酒店環境舒適，地方寬敞。酒店設施齊備多樣化，有中西餐廳及酒吧，即使不外出在酒店也有很多娛樂。自駕遊在酒店附近也有很多景點及餐廳可供選擇。一家人來度假真的很不錯，會再來。
冬天酒店房間冷氣沒有製冷只有中央控制送風，如果可以自由選擇冷氣或風速就更加理想。廁所抽氣沒有按鍵，風力也不太足夠。
