Hotel breakfast is great! Service is excellent. The counter staff at check-in were particularly helpful. We had a nice view from the room, and the place was quiet and tranquil.

Room is up to satisfactory, The cafe for breakfast needs to be better organised, it was quite messy and did not give you sense of cleanliness and comfort.

We had a great view of the mountain. There aren’t anything near the hotel. You have to didi to places. The facilities for kids in the hotel was great. Outdoor pool and the activities were amazing. The play room was a little small but there were good options of arcades (self paid). Not much choice for breakfast.

簡直了，這真的是我碰到的最奇葩的酒店，週五晚上九點多才到的酒店，上去後發現房間很悶，打開了空調，空調風噪巨大，想着洗個澡準備睡覺了，結果洗完澡發現房間更悶了，空調好像沒用，打開了陽台門，外面的風很舒服，此時空調還是噪音巨大的工作着，但是沒有一點作用，不開門整個房間悶的無法呼吸，打給前台，前台説讓人上來看看，如果不行就換個房間，工作人員來了，還帶了一把風扇，然後告訴我們，整個酒店都沒有空調的，換房也一樣，莫名的來氣，此時已經十一點多，再打給前台，前台説他也沒辦法，説讓經理聯繫我解決，過了快半小時經理打來了，意思是我們怕熱還有客人怕冷呢，所以他們才把空調設定為沒辦法調節温度，無語，第一次聽到這種解釋，酒店衹有六七層，打開陽台門就等於敞開了睡，沒有防盜網，毫無保障可言，不打開門房間悶的難受，已經十二點了實在很累，最後我們選擇了開着門睡，但結果一晚上沒睡着，第二天一大早趕緊退房走人了，太無語了！酒店幾乎無服務可言，真的很後悔選擇了這家酒店毀了我的週末！
