IInvitéLe voyage au sommet erroné, le patron nous a aidés à mettre à jour gratuitement la maison en bois, la chambre a deux lits individuels avec un lit de chauffage, une maison de quatre logements est plus grande, les détails de la chambre sont faciles à voir partout, et donne un sentiment très chaleureux. La piscine publique est aussi chaude et chaude. Il n'y a pas de peau dans les doigts pendant plus d'une heure. La chambre a aussi un grand piscine chaude et l'eau chaude authentique. En particulier, mentionnez le service du patron, le peuple est réel, le service est attentif, il y a des problèmes qui doivent être résolus et l'hiver prochain sera encore réexpérimenté.

YYAyGreat location, very clean lobby and room, friendly staff. The only gripe I have is smoking is somewhat allowed. The initial room I was given smelled strongly of cigarette. However front desk staff quickly help changed a room, which still has a tinge of cigarette smell but was much better. The bar fridge is switched on only when needed. But when I open the fridge, the super strong cigarette smell came out and hit me instantly. There are also guests who smoke at the walkway and at lift lobby. This alone is bad. Everything else is great, no complaints.

AA cup of coffeeThe location of the hotel is good... However, the check-in staff is unfriendly and the facility is old... I arrived after 2 o'clock on the day of check-in, but I waited 40 minutes to clean up... The next day, I had to wait outside because the cleaner was cleaning while I was coming back from breakfast.... I have personally visited many hotels in many countries... Compared to other 5 star hotels, I think you need to train the this hotel staff...

YYudjejthere was smoking smell inside the room despite we rested a non-smoking room. the reception staff changed another room for us which was ok. room size was big and the hotel can maintain its standard. there are many eateries nearby. hotel guests get special discount (up to 50%) for body massage on the 1st floor and reception is on the 2nd floor.

Ccs66668L'hôtel est rénové, sans goût, l'eau de la bouillage est grande, très confortable, le petit déjeuner est toujours bon, le repas est bon, la tante du riz est très amoureuse de l'hygiène et très propre. Et très enthousiaste. Le serveur de la réception est également gentil, a une forte capacité de communication, peut coordonner! Le lit de l'hôtel est dur et le sommeil est particulièrement confortable. La prochaine fois, vous devez encore faire ici, fortement recommandé.

IIgnaz ForstnerWe chose the hotel due to the fact that they allow pets. The service was very good. People always helped even though is was more difficult due to the language barrier, since our chinese language skills are terrible. Our initial room which was more expensive for had a great view and we were initially very happy until evening came around and KTV singing started. The sound was so loud you heard inside the room. The room was in section A of the complex. The next day we moved into complex B where it was much more quiet, but the room was not as nice. Since the hot spring area was out of service during our visit we received vouchers for afternoon tea instead which was more like a whole meal. Breakfast buffet was great and on the days where there there was no buffet due to only a few guests staying they would serve lots of food to your table. There is also a new walking trail kind of starting behind the hotel complex which offers great views onto the lake. All in all we had a quite pleasing stay.
