ok for a short stay over, very well placed for a quick access to the train station

Good for a business trip.

A few nights were spent here for a local event that was being undertaken and this place was in the right area, breakfast and an evening meal was had and rooms were of good quiet quality for the stay that was being had. There is an option to add an evening meal to the deal that was being taken in the hotel that stay.

Everything was as you'd expect at a Premier Inn...not five star but more than adequate and better than any other budget hotel chain. Parking was impossible though, just don't take your car or it will be a constant problem trying to find somewhere to park...the train station is an option at the weekend but you're out of your bed at 7am on the Monday to move your car before you can do anything else...then have to find somewhere else to park if you want to have any breakfast as the "20 minute stay" drop off car park at the front is camera controlled. Strangely enough there were several cars in there that never moved for extended periods, do they know something we don't? This all sounds bad, I reiterate that the hotel experience itself was absolutely fine...just the car parking made it a nightmare and ergo I would hesitate to return if in the area again.

Having stayed in quite a few Premier Inns, this is definitely one of the better ones. Rooms we booked were immaculate and a/c worked a treat in the 30 degree heat. Only marked this down because the website states there are some parking spaces although parking is limited. This isn’t actually true. All the parking spaces were disabled spaces but there is free parking outside Brentwood tube station (directly opposite hotel) or paid parking with cctv at the train station. Our party all slept well as PI beds are comfy. Pillows weren’t to my liking but you can always take your own if you are fussy like me.

Terrible hotel Air conditioning not working correctly I payed for WiFi to get 8mbps 🙄 Ridiculous Key card was incorrectly coded I couldn't get in the lift In the toilet was a few sheets of toilet paper it clearly hadn't been stocked A women was there asking for toilet paper as I was checking in
