Hôtels Granvia à Hiroshima

This hotel was a nice surprise, I arrived into Hiroshima main station and the hotel is attached to the station so walked out of the station turned left and only had 100 steps to walk (covered walkway with escalator) and it took less than 3 minutes, the check in staff were great and speak english, the room was large and well equipped and 100% clean and modern, its in a good location , take a number 5 tram to Hiroshima Bay and the ferry docks are end of that line, you can visit one of the many islands and its calm takes around 25 minutes and low cost , nice day out, 5 minutes taxi ride from hotel is the city restaurant area , everything about the hotel was first class. I will use it again i hope you use it to and enjoy the experience, Thanks to all the staff and managers etc for making it feel like home from home ,

A brand new hotel in the station complex. It is quite hard to find as the doors are obscured a little by the new tram works currently being undertaken. The reception is accessed via a lift if you're arriving by train. Our room was small but clean and functional. 2 pairs of slippers provided. Only room for one large suitcase. The bar shut at 21.00. The staff were very helpful and polite. There is direct access to a shopping centre where there are plenty of food options. Tully's coffee is at the bottom of the escalator and is great for breakfast, but the city bakery is a far better option.
