The staff are very nice and friendly. And they have us upgraded. Room service is very fast super good. The location is very convenient!

Location is excellent. Pool was being renovated. Breakfast was fantastic.

Had a 1 night stay with wife and baby at this hotel, but too bad had to catch a flight in the early morning so we missed our breakfast buffet. Hotel was nice enough to arrange a take and go breakfast set for my family. I was impressed at the hotel staff service. The room was big, spacious and clean, looks new too. When taking the taxi to airport in the early morning, we encountered a running marathon event outside the hotels streets and officials closed the streets, so the taxi had to stop and pick us up another road. The staff was nice enough to help us carry our luggage to the pickup location and explain to the taxi about the road closure.

The whole experience was satisfying. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. Only that the hotel is a bit old, but it is good enough for solo travelers or families.

Apartment was perfect for 4! Check-in was delayed due to some error between Trip and the hotel. The hotel staff also came to service the aircon in the middle of our stay (which we were not informed prior)… Service definitely can be improved.

I had a great stay here. My at the front desk made sure my check in was smooth, efficient. She also gave me great advice as to which method of payment was best for the room deposit. The room was spacious, modern, well organized, and well furnished. I just wish they would replace their old TVs with new HDMI accessible TVs. The hotel is also in a great location, right next to a Starbucks and food court and within a short walk of shopping, tourist attractions, and Japan Town. The hotel breakfast was excellent too with the right combo of Asian and Western choices. Highly recommended hotel.

沒有免治馬桶 洗澡的蓮蓬頭超難用只能花灑不知道怎麼手持 浴缸跟床隔著的屏風不知道怎麼關超難拉 浴缸的水龍頭也很難用 床超級無敵舒服到爆炸一躺下去就睡著那種

地理位置優越，步行可到達主要景點，早餐豐富，品種多，服務好，房間乾淨，下次來胡志明市還會選擇這裏，非常棒

訂的轉角套房，陽光明媚採光良好。服務人員的態度都很好，熱情周到。 位置優越，去哪都方便。 行政酒廊的食物酒水選擇較多。 大門禮賓AN先生、㣔政酒廊LONG先生，服務周到，令人特別滿意。
