Avis : Bach Suites Saigon, a Member of Design Hotels

L'environnement est magnifique, sanitaire et propre, le petit déjeuner est très copieux, la chambre est petite, il y a de nombreux cafés en bas, un bon choix pour les loisirs nocturnes.

Les chambres de cet hôtel sont vraiment bien. Petit, plein de style européen net rouge, Tout peut être bien tourné. Cependant, En plus du film et de la salle blanche, plus de fonctionnalités, Le mobilier et la décoration sont magnifiques, Mais si vous le regardez sur place, même un profane peut voir sa faible qualité en un coup d'œil. Toute la pièce est fragile, Les murs et les meubles semblent tous tomber avec une légère poussée. Donne une impression de bon marché indescriptible. Et la pièce ne se concentre évidemment que sur l'apparence et non sur le confort. La chambre donnait un inconfort indescriptible (À titre de contre-exemple, la chambre Four Seasons est le genre de chambre indescriptiblement confortable). Et le film ne sort qu'en salle, Dès que vous franchissez la porte, il tombe en panne. Le couloir est sombre, étroit, petit et court, plus comme une petite famille d'accueil. We’re enjoying our time here during Christmas. The hotel has a cozy atmosphere, and while the facilities are nice, I wish the TV volume was a bit louder. However, I really appreciate the breakfast here, and the staff has been incredibly friendly, which makes our stay even more pleasant.

This boutique hotel checks all my boxes: location, service, luxury - the only thing that I would have changed is the pool area. The breakfast is adequate surprisingly and even has the traditional banh mi, pho and Vietnamese coffee. We were upgraded to a corner room Superior King, on the 8th flr and it was a lovely room.

The hotel is clean and the staff was exceptionally welcoming, especially Ms My. She is really nice to me. Will come here again

I had high hopes for my stay at The Bach Suites, as the hotel has so much going for it. The rooms are beautiful and modern, with stylish décor and thoughtful details. The staff is incredibly nice, attentive, and eager to help, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was another highlight—delicious and well-presented, it’s clear they put effort into making the experience enjoyable. However, my stay was overshadowed by two major issues. First, the hot water in the shower in my room (906) didn’t work at all during my night there. This made my stay miserable, as a hot shower is such a basic necessity, especially after a long day. Despite the wonderful aspects of the hotel, it’s hard to overlook this issue, which was unfortunately unresolved during my visit. Second, as other reviews have mentioned, the noise from the club next door is quite loud and persistent at night. If you're a light sleeper, this can be a significant problem even with the ear plugs the hotel provides. The Bach Suites has so much potential, but my experience was disappointing due to these issues. I hope they address these concerns, as it could be an amazing place to stay with some improvements. For now, I can't recommend it, particularly if hot water and quiet are priorities for your stay.

Good hotel. The service was very nice and the staffs were very welcoming.

The location is great and it only takes 5 to 10min by walk to meet the clients. Additionally, the service is very nice and they extend a great help for foreigners to book the cab and tickets etc. The only thing needs to get improved is the interior facilities which seems a little bit old.

Second time staying here. Nice boutique hotel good value for money. Love the design of the entire hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. Location is awesome. Yes night time there are a lot of younger people hanging around may create a bit more noise but didn’t bother me. Close walking distance to most attractions and sites in hcmc. Great breakfast as well. Small gym but sufficient for a short workout. Would stay here every time I come back to hcmc.
