C'est très sale. J'ai constaté que le personnel de l'hôtel n'avait pas changé le couvre-lit depuis 3 jours ! Incroyable. Je peux voir clairement la marque sale. De plus, de la poussière est toujours restée. Je l'ai signalé à la réception le 3ème jour dernier après-midi. Ils ont dit qu'ils changeraient le lendemain matin... J'ai été surpris et je me suis plaint. Comment un service hôtelier peut-il être comme celui-ci !! J'étais vraiment en colère et j'ai dû l'écrire à nouveau en chinois. Les draps n'avaient pas dû être changés depuis 3 jours ! Je vois que la même tache est toujours là ! Je ne l'ai même pas balayé, il y avait de la poussière ! Je me suis présenté à la réception le soir et il m'a dit que les femmes de ménage n'étaient pas en service et que je ne pouvais pas changer les draps maintenant ! Attendre demain! Quelle idée ! ? Pouvez-vous être plus professionnel et sérieux ?

L'emplacement est tout à fait correct, rue japonaise à proximité, nombreux restaurants. Le service était correct, la chambre doit monter des escaliers, ce n'est pas pratique… et la propreté est en dessous de la moyenne

The room is very spacious and clean, the view is very open and beautiful, the room staff always supports me to clean the room every day, I am very grateful for that. The hotel is very good, the staff is friendly and enthusiastic. The reception desk always has staff working to support customers at all times, the breakfast is very delicious with many diverse and rich choices, I feel like I am in my own home because they take care of me very carefully. The location is very convenient for moving around the city, I can easily visit Ben Thanh market, Saigon river, Independence Palace, Pink church,..... I will definitely come back next time because this is one of the hotels that helps me have the most memorable experience when staying.
