Great location with heart of city, friendly staff and big room. Variety breakfast served.

Things to take note. Weak wifi, around 10mbps only. And they not provide 2nd card to power your to room, sometimes we go out awhile and need to charge our working laptop.

Nice property close to many amenities including Ben Tanh market only 10mins away and many eateries around this place. We enjoyed nice Vietnam food and also the best egg coffee I shld say. Walking street is about 15 mins. away and the countdown on 31/12 was vibrant and cheerful. Shall stay again in this property.

Room alloted had bad smell. AC were not working properly. I felt extremely claustrophobic so had to leave early. Property seems very old from inside or the room I was allotted was unused formal long time.

I'm probably the wrong profile for this hotel. I was here on business, but found out this hotel maybe not the most suitable. No I'm not Vietnamese. Breakfast was ok. Location was the best. Service was so so. Amenities ok. If you want peace and quiet, definitely not the hotel to be in due to central location of hotel. It is extremely convenient. However the room was noisy because of the neighbours (they don't have good sound proofing), their window in the room that I got was broken and doesn't close and I don't want to be moved again. Won't be coming to this hotel again.

Great location close to everything, breakfast ok omelette was nice. Pool was dirty not much to do in the hotel, but great for business trip short duration visits.

A nice hotel at a convenient location. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Room service was acceptable. Lift can be a bit slow though. Otherwise a great place!

The Hotel is located in a nice area. Lots of food in the area and most if the things is within walking distance e.g. bar street, some famous pho shop and bahn mi shop etc. But the hotel itself need some renovation as the deco starts to show its age. After rain, the sidewalk in front of the lobby have a waterfall so something must be broken.

Looking to book a hotel in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City? Have a look at A&Em Art Hotel! It's really clean and spacious. Most importantly, the bed is superbly comfortable, which is what you need after a long day out in the city. The included breakfast is good, so don't forget to get a quick bite before adventuring outside. Lastly the staff are really friendly and can speak English. Front desk and bellboy are always at the ready to assist whenever needed and always greet you with a smile.

The room was decent sized and the breakfast was delicious. It was very affordable.

Location is central, near to all tourist spot. However it is also near the main road, so it is very noisy in the day time from 6am. It would be better if the air-conditioning worked during the first day, despite calling them twice to look into it, it was not resolved. Leading to heavy perspiration during the first night. The second night was good, maybe before I got them to look at it while I was out.
