Nous avons passé un super à Tam Coc Koi ! L’emplacement est idéal et le personnel très accueillant et présent pour vous aider dans la planification de votre séjour. C’est calme avec un belle piscine et des chambres spacieuses.

I was there because my friend recommended it. She said the owner is friendly, and indeed, both the owner and her sister are super friendly. I arrived at the homestay in the afternoon, around 2 pm, and the owner and her sister were kind enough to serve me cold drinks with a cupcake. They also recommended some nice places to cycle and even rented me their bicycles for free. The next day, I wanted to go to Halong Bay but hadn't bought any packages or bus tickets yet. The owner was kind enough to recommend a nice limousine driver to take me to the port. The driver arranged for me a nice 6-hour cruise trip around Halong Bay, and even a trip back to Hanoi on the same day. When I departed in the morning, the owner packed me a package of junk food, a rice, and served me a variety of fruits for breakfast. The room is clean, the air conditioning is functioning well, and the hot water too. Everything is amazing. I would highly recommend this homestay, and I would love to come back again.

Good location and the host is always friendly and helpful. Generous breakfast portions, with a good selection of fruits. Room is spacious and we'll equipped.

This place is absolutely amazing! The cozy ambiance and comfortable setting make it the perfect getaway. And let's talk about the breakfast - it's an absolute feast! The host is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and gave us fantastic tips. I can't recommend this place enough - it's a must-visit for everyone!

Hien is a fabulous Hostess and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Hien goes out of her way to make your stay memorable and enjoyable. Location is great close to everything but far enough away to be peaceful and perfect. Rooms are spacious , clean and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was more than we could eat every morning and every morning different. Hien even packed us a bag of snacks for our bus trip when we were leaving. We had a fabulous stay would highly recommend this lovely family run home stay :)

Can't give an honest review of this hotel as we arrived at 4am and were whisked away on a motorbike to a hotel 1 mile away where the room smelled mouldy. Shame after choosing this hotel based on recommendations/research. It did mean we could check in early at no extra charge which was nice, but we felt a bit confused about the whole thing

房間和泳池大又乾凈、也很安靜；民宿女主人熱心歡迎我們，入住時給予茶和蛋糕，提供旅遊建議，租機車和各項搭車也很方便，女主人會提供便宜的價格給我們租車，很方便！下雨時還會遞給我們雨傘和雨衣，像家人一樣的關心；早餐很豐富，能選擇越式早餐或西式早餐，還有大量的新鮮水果，女主人對客人太大方了！女主人能說流利的中文，對每位客人都很好，女主人的爸爸也提供頂樓空間和衣架，讓我們晾衣服，總會關心我們的騎車安全；這是一家超出完美的民宿，女主人只希望入住的客人都開心，來寧平是一定要來住，感動的體驗！

服務親切，飲食美味，附近有很多漂亮的bar。晚上還有Ｋ歌的地方。沒想到還會有游泳池，沒有帶泳衣，太遺憾了。

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans le homestay de Hyen. Nous y avons été accueillis de façon très chaleureuse. La chambre était très grande, très propre et confortable. La piscine est très agréable par temps chaud ! Hyen est une hôtesse à l'écoute de nos moindres besoins. Elle vient nous apporter un petit verre de thé glacé et nous propose de l'antimoustique dès que nous nous asseyons près de la piscine. Elle nous a aidé à porter nos valises jusqu'au lieu de rendez-vous du car, nous a donné un petit sac de biscuits et de l'eau pour le voyage. Les repas servis sont bons et très copieux. L'accueil est un vrai plus dans cet établissement que nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

Lovely small homestay in Ninh Binh, we stayed in a private room with an en suite bathroom, has a pool and bike/rental for very good price. The owners were super friendly and gave a map of local attractions. Breakfast was amazing full of fresh fruit which was free with the room. They also did laundry for a very fair price and allowed us to leave our bags and have a shower after we’d checked out. Would highly recommend, can’t praise the owners enough.

Very nice and special Homestay. The Room has nice Decoration and everything is very clean. Also receive a nice breakfast and dinner. You stay here one night as a break during Ninh Binh Tour. The Location also gave a small Swimming Pool. They offers also Massage in the room and many outdoor activities like Biking.

Best place i have stayed in vietnam could not recommend it more. We came in at 5am after a sleeper bus and when we got there we were greeted with fruit and buns. We got to check in early and sleep for a few hours. Room was lovely with a double bed and ensuite. We rented bikes and we got free water for the day after doing this. The staff were lovely. They provide a laundry service- I gave 2kg of clothes at 10am and it was left waiting outside my room all clean and dry at 4pm. Breakfast was included this was nice too. We also were given snacks and water for our next bus after leaving. If staying in Ninh Binh you should definitely book with Homestay Koi!!
