Not the best hotel brand we have stayed. We are high level Hilton Honors members and this was our first experience at the Spark brand. The staff were all amazing, I’d give them a 5 rating. We didn’t know what the Spark brand was until we experienced it, it should be renamed “Sparse”. No ice buckets, coffee maker or cups in room. Not a good area in room to work, no chair at desk. There is not a hot breakfast, unless a toaster bagel counts. The room and bathroom does not accommodate 2 people very well. The hotel is very clean. As regular business travelers, probably won’t ever stay at one again. Love Hiltons, not sure what happened with this brand, clearly we weren’t their target market.
