Appart & Chalet Montana Hochfugen (Contactless Stay)

As a Hotel industry expert i have to say this is one of the best hotels i have visited in a while, Sabrina at the reception did a wonderful check in, everything was already prepared and she helped us wonderfully with all our questions. We stayed in one of the Chalets for a week, i cant describe how amazed I was. It was beautiful! we had a crazy view of the mountains and the slopes, the whirlpool and sauna are just perfect after a hard and long day of skiing. The Chalet is fully equipped with everything we needed and a has a huge sofa and “chill out” area. It has 4 rooms, we were 8 people in total. Apart from the chalet, I have to say a big thank you to Lisa for greeting us with a wonderful smile every morning at the breakfast and always being kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of dishes. Overall one of the best experiences i have had ! A big thank you to all the Montana Team!!

The stay in the chalet was truly incredible . It’s huge and equipped with everything. There are heaters for the ski or snowboard shoes; Big bright rooms, a really comfortable living room with a huge sofa (I have to say I fell asleep one or two times there), a beautiful open kitchen (with everything you may need). Not to mention the jacuzzi and the sauna, with amazing views… The day started with a great breakfast in hands of Lisa and since the hotel overlooks the Ski track and they have a room to store skis and co, we were on the track in no time; which was very comfortable. After a long day of skying, the way til the chalet was quick and easy. We had dinner almost every night in the Restaurant (die Alm). The food was delicious, we all got to taste truly Austrian dishes and the service was AMAZING. The waiters were very attentive ( my compliments to Alex, Lucas and Thies).

We were eight friends and we stayed in one of the wonderful chalets that the hotel offers, the truth is that I have no words to express how amazing it was. The chalet was super spacious, with a huge living room and a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with jacuzzi that allowed you to relax after skiing contemplating the views of the snowy slopes and mountains certainly a paradise, the rooms were incredible comfortable beds, no doubt we all had a wonderful stay. It is also very well located close to the slopes. Thanks also to Dominique who has been super attentive to all our needs. We will definitely come back again!

After spending a full week in the Hotel Montana chalet, I had to write that it has been an unforgettable experience with EXCELLENT luxury, attention to detail, comfort and service. Breakfast was the best part to start your ski day with strength, since you had a huge variety of food and drinks. The treatment of the reception and the hotel service team is wonderful, super attentive and detailed, they always help you with everything you need and offer you a number of options to enjoy the hotel or your day of adventure. The Chalet where we stayed with my companions was splendid, full of incredible comforts and details to be able to enjoy the greatest possible comfort and tranquility. The best place to be in the wonderful mountains of Austria with the best landscapes and views from your own room. Simply a 10 for experience, treatment and comfort.

I just spent one full week at Montana and it was the best week I have had so far. The Chalets are beyond luxurious and a dream of a stay. The beds are the most comfortable and the jacuzzi and sauna are the perfect way to finish a great ski day. The kitchen was so beautiful it was a fusion of modern and traditional Austrian kitchen. The view was breathtaking, specially at night with the stars and the mountains. It’s lovely place to enjoy, connect and spent some wonderful days high up in the mountains. We are very happy but very sad to be leaving. Come and see for yourself, Montana won’t disappoint! :)

We gingen hier met een groep naartoe en de service die we kregen was echt vreselijk: veel te weinig eten, geen groenten, heel moeizame communicatie etc. Met de manager viel niet te praten en het personeel was ofwel te onervaren, of te weinig geïnformeerd of onvriendelijk. Ik moet toegeven dat de liggen heel goed was en de kamers op zich ook nog goed meevielen, maar de service sloeg echt wel tegen en daarom geef ik zo'n lage score. Zeker niet aan te raden met een groep jongeren.
