I stayed in the hotel because my company hosted a meeting here. I was here for 6 nights and experienced a lot of what the hotel offered and overall really liked the hotel. My room was located in the main building (building 4) and was large and newly renovated. The weather was very very unseasonably warm the week I was there and there is limited to no air conditioning in the hotel and other facilities. I was told my room didn’t have AC but it was cool and comfortable. Beds and linens were super comfortable. I enjoyed the included breakfast buffet. Something for everyone and very well done. The views from the outside patio was beautiful. Lunch that was offered in the restaurant was also delicious. Our meeting at the hotel was also generally good. None of the meeting rooms in the main hotel building had AC. Our meetings were in the Ascara Spa building and those were newer. Alexandra from the front desk was outstanding. She was gracious about my lack of German and had great recommendations for restaurants and was very kind and helpful. Thanks to the entire staff for a wonderful experience.

Tout était super. Nous avons pu vérifier tôt, et nous avons passé la journée à marcher autour des magnifiques bâtiments et biens immobiliers. L'hôtel dispose de cartes de marche disponibles et nous en avons profité. Nous avons dîné au restaurant italien à la maison. Rien de incroyable ou de changer de vie, mais le repas était bon. Après le dîner nous avons passé le reste de la soirée dans le salon, qui était super. Le petit déjeuner était incroyable! Probablement le meilleur que nous ayons eu à un hôtel en Allemagne. Avoir la possibilité de manger sur la belle terrasse était un plus.

L'hôtel est un peu plus vieux, mais nous n'avons rien manqué. Les chambres étaient excellentes. Hôtel calme mais toujours proche de la mer. Un super petit-déjeuner buffet. La sympathie du personnel nous a très agréablement surpris. Comment revenir ..

n Google Luxury and History perfectly melded into one truly unique experience! We had the pleasure of staying overnight on a beautiful summer day and evening. From the time you step out of your car at the impressive entry and are greeted with a cold glass of champagne (or freshly squeezed juice) you feel like you have stepped back into time and are on a visit to your friends stately Villa and that feeling persists throughout your stay. The Daniel’s as I called them (Daniel 1 is the afternoon Butler/Estate Manager in charge of every detail of your stay and Daniel 2 was the morning one) were both fantastic in their customer centric skills. We enjoyed a beautiful late afternoon early evening laying on lounge chairs and sipping a cocktail prepared by Daniel in the quiet private park that is out back for guests to enjoy. The pictures I included almost don’t do it justice as you have an incredible view over Frankfurt from there. Our spacious and historic room was the music room complete with phonograph and a curated album collection that we thoroughly enjoyed listening to during our stay. The bathroom was beautiful and included dual vanities walk in shower and a deep bathtub along with robes and slippers. The breakfast they offered on the beautiful summer morning was served on the terrace out back overlooking the beautiful park setting again with the view down into Frankfurt and Beata our server was gracious and makes a perfect cappuccino and latte that we enjoyed along with a made to order egg item breakfast and amazing fresh baked goods including homemade marmalades and local honey. A must see and live part of your next trip to Frankfurt area.
