10/10 The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with staff going above and beyond to make us feel at home. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a stunning view of [location/landmark]. we enjoyed one of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options.

This hotel is extremely clean and beautiful. I always stay here whenever I visit this city. Even though it’s a 4-star hotel, it feels much better than many 5-star hotels. The quality of service and the overall experience is top-notch. I would also like to highlight one of the staff members, who went above and beyond to make my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place!

The hotel’s service was good, close to many things and if you are staying here must dine at 3rd floor local restaurant their tomato braised beef stew was so good even though I can’t handle Chinese spice it was delicious. Overall highly recommend.

This is an overall good hotel. It doesn't have a few amenities one would expect from a luxury hotel, such as no bath-robes or in-room safe. But the room has smart home devices in it, such as automatic-flush heated-seat toilet, smart large-screen TV and smart window curtains. A big plus for me, since I was writing my new book inside my room during this particular stay--a GOOD room sound-insulation. You don't hear your neighbors, which one can't take for granted not only in China, but also in places like Australia and, certainly, New Zealand. Reception staff speak English and were kind enough to throw in a free breakfast for my the entire stay on top of what I paid. I enjoyed the stay, thank you.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were impeccably clean, and the overall environment was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and maintained excellent communication throughout my visit, making everything seamless. I particularly enjoyed the refreshing morning tea – a lovely touch to start the day. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay!
