The town of Shallotte is a 10 minute drive away with restaurants, grocery and department stores. Within an hour drive to Myrtle Beach, SC, you can relax on the beach during the day and drive to Myrtle Beach at night to play! Boating, fishing, and hiking on the island are all popular activities.
