What a great find x Really lovely quirky accommodation like little hobbit holes x large accommodation for two with sitting area x big bathroom and great styling x private comfy and warm On site with great pub and restaurant - ate there as we arrived x pizzas and desert and drinks were so good !! Staff lovely and our server Jack really friendly professional and attentive x thankyou Book it x You ll love it xx

Booked a 2 night stay the room was very nice but a lot of cobwebs but plenty of facilities in the room and comfortable bed. Sadly thats where it stopped the bar staff were unwelcoming I waited 20 minutes to get served then abruptly served. I felt that unless you were a local or eating in the restaurant then you were treated differently. Maybe if I told the bar staff that I was a resident then it may have been different? After thinking it may have been a one off we met friends in the bar the next evening OMG it was just as bad, we had one drink and one of my friends went to a local supermarket to get drinks. We will never go back.

Affordable accommodation. Very nice and cozy rooms. Food very tasty. Andreea was very pleasant and friendly with service. Would recommend.

Where do I start?! From the moment my husband and I checked 2 days ago in to the moment that we checked out this morning this stay has been the most pleasurable one we have ever had! Staff. The staff are absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful, Andreea, Miha and Steven to name a few, only because we didn't catch the name of the others. Every single member of staff is an absolute treasure, the employer must be proud of their staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Food. Again, an amazing pleasurable experience, great timing, the food was delicious, so delicious we ate both nights and morning. My favourite was the american pancakes served with fresh berries, they certainly were the best berries, I had never tasted raspberry so good. The fry up that my husband had was delicious too. He also enjoyed his fillet steak, served with chunky chips. Well worth their prices for their food, you can tell the high quality of the produce and the cooking. The room. We stayed in the deluxe suite called the Big Griggle. The words when we walked in was "wow". It took our breath away. It was clean and well decorated. The room was toasty too with lovely cast iron radiators. We had a 3D TV in the room and a comfortable corner sofa that also extends into a bed. The bed was a lovely king size, clean sheets and a fantastic mattress that was easy to sleep on. The bathroom consisted of a toilet, large sink, light up mirror and a large shower area with the choice of using the over head shower or a normal shower. Standing under the over head shower was divine, lovely hot water too. The room was also well sound proofed too, we heard no noise from outside. Overall This is a real diamond of a place with fantastic staff to boot. Great location too. We will certainly be booking again. Well worth every penny to stay here. Thank you for having us and making our stay amazing!
