"We loved staying at Homer Stay and Play. Our room was so comfortable and looked out over the mountains and Homer Spit. Breakfast every morning was delicious and we chose what we wanted each night for the next day. Our hosts, Anna and Byran were wonderful and gave us lots of tips for our stay. They are up on the hills in Homer and regularly see moose in their yard. We were not disappointed. We even had to delay our dinner reservation because there was a moose calf calmly eating their vegetation in the yard. We had a great stay here. We ate at AJ's Steak House (in town) and Captain Patty's on the spit."

"Il était notre arrivée de week-end, et il n'a pas été déçu. Le lieu était facile à trouver. Les propriétaires fournis non seulement tout ce dont nous avons besoin, c'est-à-dire des instructions, une chambre propre, chaude et confortable, mais les vues étaient absolument spectaculaires!!! Nous avons vu des étangs, des ailes, des scellés et des bords d'eau juste dehors de la fenêtre!!! Le temps était aussi notre ami. Nous avons vu pleine la Lune de la récolte, Aurora Borealis, le ciel plein d'étoiles, et même le comète ATLAS. Cela ne pouvait jamais être mieux! Les propriétaires ont toujours répondu à nos questions dans les minutes, mais nous n'étaient pas en colère. J'aimais tout sur ce lieu, et je vous recommande vivement de le visiter. Nous y serons certainement de retour. Easy 5 stars!!!!"

"The Baycrest Lodge has a series of buildings, but while they are close to each other, they are actually very private. Our building (Aspen) had netting between us and the next building to shield us from each other. The decorations in the buildings are 1st class. Comfortable bed, sofa's and a good TV. A robe and extra towels were provided for getting to and from the hottub which is on the back deck. While in the tub (or while inside looking out) you are treated to magnificent views of the mountains across the bay. The kitchen was well appointed, with good quality appliances and cookware. A Keurig coffee pot (and a standard one) was provided along with Keurig capsules. The products for the shower were the Alpenglow brand, which are organic and made and Alaska. The women in our group were happy with the quality. The location is on the top of a hill with great views. The only drawback is that it is about 5 minutes into town. The spit is a bit further, but a very easy drive with no turns. We have now stayed there 2 times and would do so again if we ever get the chance to travel to Alaska and Homer again."

Our accommodations are very nice, well cared for by Anna and Byron. We were given a menu to choose our breakfast from and that will be served in our dining area. "Le grand hôtel a été un grand hôtel pour rester à l'hôtel! Il avait une piste à pied sur un bien conduit à Bishop Beach. Je passe des jours et des heures à marcher le long de la plage. La grande suite elle-même avait une cuisine qui a fait le confort de manger à l'hôtel. Il est juste à côté de la rue, d'un magasin de produits et d'une promenade facile à de nombreux restaurants."
