This is one of the nicest condo complexes at Lake of the Ozarks! It's small and quaint, located in the heart of Osage Beach, and would be considered more quiet then most condo complexes. Nice grounds, lots of grass, tennis courts, a lakefront pool and the unit sits right on the waters edge. You can walk directly off of the patio to the walkway that leads to the docks and pool. Cove setting with spectacular views of the 21 mile marker. Other great features include assigned parking, low assessments, a boat ramp and community laundry area. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a queen and a twin. This is a very nicely decorated condo with a great deck with a grill making it very comfortable to have dinner on the deck or just to sit out in the evenings. The condo sits very close to the lake and has fantastic view of the lake and pool. One of the three lakefront pools is adjacent to the building. A laundry room with washer and dryer are conveniently located in the condo. The deck features a table and seating to enjoy a meal on the deck, your morning coffee or evening cocktail as you enjoy the peacefulness of the lake. Due to the new Osage Beach fire code open flame grills that use individual propane tanks are no longer allowed on the decks of a condo. The owners are looking into another option but at this time this condo does not have a grill on the deck.
