The property has great views of the mountains and views of Jounama Dam from the rear deck.The property backs onto Park land and has rear access for boats or other vehicles.Kosciuszko Lodge is only a few minutes walk from any of Talbingo's amenities including, children's playground, park, sporting oval, Country Club, golf course, tennis courts, Talbingo Lodge Restaurant, supermarket and service station. The lounge room has a large SMARTTV. Comfortable seating throughout and a reverse cycle split system air-conditioning unit are present. The kitchen at present is more than adequate. Two fridges are present, microwave, electric stove and a Nespresso Coffee Machine.All three bedrooms have been newly renovated and contain built in wardrobes and ceiling fans. Bedroom 2 and 3 have Split System Air-Conditioning Units. Electric blankets and bedding (excluding sheets and towels) have been provided for your convenience.
