The property is divided into two portions, the basement which is currently occupied by an existing family and the ground floor which is listed on airbnb. As they are separate houses with a door from inside as per a picture uploaded showing a baby gate on the stairs going downstairs (kindly check), this property can easily accommodate professionals coming for work to Moncton/ Dieppe and nearby areas. It is located at 913 Chemin Melanson, Dieppe, which could be sometime a busy road during the day time. Parking is available at the property for free. However all guests are requested to park on the left side of the driveway when entering to enable other cars to be parked for our tenants. Further, guests are kindly requested to follow all the house rules to avoid issues after they leaves. You are also requested to use the heater not exceeding 22 degrees. In summer, please do turn the AC off when you are outside and when you check out. From August 10th, all guests are requested to take away their garbages when they check out, this service is not available from us anymore.
