Cette chambre était la plus chère que nous ayons eue à Dali, et c’était aussi l’hôtel pour lequel j’attendais le plus. Elle ressemblait à un hôtel reconverti en appartements.
Avantages : Bon emplacement, nouvelle décoration, globalement plus proche du style de la photographie de célébrités sur Internet. L'appartement que j'ai acheté fait face au lac Erhai et la vue depuis le dernier étage est bonne.
Inconvénients (très objectif et non malveillant) :
1. Le parc Erhai et la jetée de Xiaguan en bas sont trop bruyants pour chanter la nuit et klaxonner pendant la journée, et le bruit de la décoration le matin est trop scandaleux. On a l'impression qu'ils ont été ouverts sans préparation.
2. La pièce entière fait 60 mètres carrés, et l'espace n'est pas du tout bien utilisé. La décoration est très simple et même grossière. La douche et les toilettes dans une si grande pièce ne sont pas aussi grandes que celles de 30 mètres carrés. Il n'y avait même pas d'endroit où mettre et enlever ses vêtements. Les toilettes et la douche ne sont pas ensemble et il n'y a pas d'endroit pour jeter les poubelles. Il faut aller du côté opposé pour les jeter.
3. Il est difficile de comprendre qu’il n’y a pas de porte-penderie dans une si grande pièce, seulement un simple sèche-cheveux accroché au mur et un cintre en forme d’arbre.
4. Parce que la pièce est trop neuve, les bouches d'aération des fenêtres sont petites et sentent l'herbe et le sol. Si vous n'ouvrez pas la fenêtre, il y aura une odeur. Si vous ouvrez la fenêtre, ce sera bruyant.
5. La différence de couleur du projecteur est très importante et extrêmement jaunâtre.
6. Puisque l’ensemble de l’hôtel veut être géré intelligemment comme les autres chaînes hôtelières, mais qu’il ne peut gérer que les lumières, les rideaux et le matériel de projection, c’est vraiment déroutant.
7. Personnellement, je pense que les produits de douche en plastique, les pommes de douche qui fuient et les tables carrées exiguës réduisent considérablement le goût et la texture de la pièce entière.
Le prix est encore plus incroyable...
Pour résumer, si on me demandait de le noter, je ne lui donnerais que trois points. Un point pour le service fourni par le patron, 2 points pour l'emplacement et la vue, et 3 points pour ce n'est pas facile à faire. gagner de l'argent en tant que travailleur.

The location is excellent, so near to the main street of the old town, yet is quietly tucked in a little alley away from the hustle and bustle. It is a new place so I like that everything is clean and new. The room is so spacious and comfortable and the yard is so inviting to just sit and chill with the hosts and other guests. Stayed in many different types of accommodation as I traveled, but this is a stay that is home away from home for me especially when I’m staying for 8 nights. The breakfast is simple and homely, a warm bowl of goodness freshly prepared when you want it. And when I want a change coz don’t want to keep repeating the same for 8 days, they were so accommodating. I think the warmth experienced from this stay might have made me fall more in love with this town. I truly appreciate the service from the heart, and I guessed that is what made the stay so unforgettable.

I stayed at Ting Hua Island Hotel for 2 nights during my Dali trip, and honestly, it was beyond expectations. IInvitéThe most fortunate thing about this trip to Dali was choosing Shuiyunge Seaview Resort. From the moment I stepped into this wonderful place, I was deeply attracted by everything here. Every detail exudes warmth and surprises.
The resort enjoys a prime location with a breathtaking sea view. The rooms are exquisitely decorated and extremely comfortable. The large floor - to - ceiling windows offer an unobstructed view of the magnificent scenery of Erhai Lake. In the early morning, sunlight filters through the gaps in the curtains, gently waking me up. When I draw the curtains, the glistening Erhai Lake and the mist - enshrouded Cangshan Mountain in the distance unfold like a stunning landscape painting. In the evening, sitting on the rocking chair on the balcony, watching the sunset paint the sky and Erhai Lake in a gorgeous orange hue, with the gentle breeze caressing, it's an extremely cozy moment. Such a romantic scene makes me couldn't help but keep taking pictures.
The in - room facilities are also complete and of high quality. The soft big bed, intelligent bathroom facilities, thoughtful night lights, as well as free high - quality tea and snacks all demonstrate the resort's attention to detail. The entire room is decorated in a style full of Dali's ethnic customs. The wooden furniture paired with exquisite embroidery decorations combines a quaint charm with modern comfort, making people feel like they're staying in a warm home.
The service here is truly impeccable. From the warm reception at the front desk, the attentive check - in guidance from the staff, to the daily complimentary breakfast, every aspect makes people feel extremely warm. They not only patiently recommend nearby interesting scenic spots and delicious restaurants but also help me plan the best travel route. Once, I accidentally soiled my clothes, and the staff took it to be cleaned without hesitation and quickly returned it to my room. Such service is really considerate!
The surrounding environment of the resort is also excellent. Many popular online - celebrity check - in spots are within walking distance, and the transportation is very convenient. When I come back at night, I can take a stroll in the resort's courtyard, listen to soothing music, chat with other guests, and experience the laid - back slow - life atmosphere of Dali.
In conclusion, Shuiyunge Seaview Resort provided me with a perfect accommodation experience. It fulfilled all my fantasies about a Dali vacation! I highly recommend it to every friend coming to Dali. I believe you will fall in love with this place just like I did! When I come to Dali next time, I will definitely choose Shuiyunge again!

XXNYLMy friend and I enjoyed our stay in the 'Yunxi 270° Seaview Terrace Double Bed Room' at Dali.Muxi Inn (大理木兮·半山Villa海景民宿). We found this hotel via reviews on XiaoHongShu and the room looked exactly like the stock photos. The hotel and room were beautiful, the hotel staff were very helpful, and we would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Dali and are looking for a hotel with an amazing view of Dali Erhai lake.
Number of nights of stay: 3 nights
Hotel location: The hotel is situated in a quiet but brightly lit residential/hotel estate at the end of winding uphill road (around the Dreamland/Santorini 圣托里尼大理理想邦 area), and is located about 20 minutes away from Dali Railway Station. The vehicle drop-off point is directly outside the hotel. The restaurants around the hotel close at about 8.30pm-9pm
Room: The 'Yunxi 270° Seaview Terrace Double Bed Room' is the only room located on the fifth floor. There is a lift in the hotel so it was convenient to transport our luggage. The room was perfect - it was really spacious, beautiful and clean. There was one king-sized bed, which was slightly too soft for my liking, but the pillows (one soft and one firmer memory foam pillow for each guest) were comfortable. There was a large living area with a sofa, three coffee tables and two additional chairs; balcony with two comfortable rocking chairs, a coffee table and a stunning view of the Erhai lake. The sky roof, when opened, was pretty in the daytime but it was difficult to see the stars at night due to the light pollution from the nearby buildings. The open concept wardrobe was large enough for us to hang our clothes
Bathroom: Two sinks, separate shower and toilet area, one jacuzzi. Toiletries (e.g. shampoo, conditioner and body soap), disposable toothbrush/toothpaste, rubber bathroom slippers and disposable bedroom slippers were provided. The shower had both a handheld shower head and rain shower, with good water pressure and temperature
Hotel amenities: Complimentary breakfast (from 8.30am-10.30am; delicious spread of noodles with soup, porridge, fried egg, bread and vegetable platter) and afternoon tea (Lotus Biscoff biscuits, yoghurt, fruits and plums); cafe at the reception area is opened during office hours and only sells beverages; beautiful reception area with a friendly and gentle 5-year-old house cat; communal washing machine (free of charge, inclusive of laundry detergent)

IInvitéQuand je sors habituellement pour jouer, je commente rarement. Mais ce magasin me satisfait pleinement.
1. Équipements et environnement : le linge de maison, la décoration et les salles de bain sont très confortables. Le style de décoration de l'hôtel est également très confortable
2. Vision spatiale : super bonne, particulièrement adaptée pour boire du thé tranquillement et regarder à l'extérieur.
3. Service : Le parking de la ville antique n'est pas facile à garer. Le patron propose un service de prise en charge et de dépose vers la ville antique de Shaxi.
Enfin : si vous lui attribuez une note de 5 points, je le recommanderai à mes amis et j'y reviendrai !
Oeuf de Pâques : un incontournable des grottes de Shizhongshan. L'ancienne ville de Jianchuan est très propre et la vie est très lente.

GGRACEOur stay at Dali Xingmai Mountain and Sea View Homestay was pleasant overall and a good value for its price, especially if you're seeking a peaceful retreat in the quieter part of Dali. Traveling as a family, we were looking for a place that offered serene sea views, and this homestay mostly delivered on that. While there is some ongoing construction in front of the building that slightly affects the view, the surrounding scenery is still beautiful and calming. The cleanliness of the homestay was satisfactory, and it offers a good range of amenities. The kitchen, in particular, is well-equipped, making it a great option for families or groups of friends planning to cook and enjoy meals together. However, if you're simply traveling for leisure and don't plan to spend much time at the homestay, you may find the kitchen unnecessary. One thing to note is that there is no central air conditioning or heating system. The homestay provides a bed warmer (which works well) and a small air-conditioning unit in the living room, but the bedrooms can get quite chilly at night, especially during winter. It's something to consider if you're visiting during colder months. In terms of location, this homestay is ideal if you're looking to unwind in a quiet and restful environment. However, for those planning a busy schedule with visits to Dali's main attractions, the distance might be a drawback. The homestay is located in a residential area, and getting to most tourist spots can take 45-60 minutes by car, whether you're heading to the west or east side of Erhai Lake. There are also no nearby F&B stores except one small restaurant in the building next door so make sure you eat in the city areas before coming back to the inn. That said, if you're staying for a longer duration and prefer a relaxed, free-and-easy itinerary, this could be a suitable choice given its amenities like the kitchen and laundry facilities. It's also worth mentioning that this homestay feels more like an Airbnb than a traditional inn. It's situated in a residential building, with the entrance being a carpark and access through an elevator to a residential unit. There’s no lobby, service counter, or common areas. Instead, check-in and assistance are handled through WeChat. Despite some of the drawbacks, the service here truly stood out. The staff member assisting us was incredibly kind, prompt, and accommodating. Whenever we had questions or faced minor issues, she responded quickly and made every effort to resolve them, which helped make our trip smoother. Her attentiveness and helpfulness were a highlight of our stay and left a positive impression. While this homestay may not have been our favorite, the excellent service and peaceful setting make it a decent choice for travelers prioritizing quiet and self-sufficiency over convenience and luxury.

JJane.TI recently stayed at a hotel in Dali, Yunnan, and had an overall pleasant experience. The cleanliness of the room and common areas was impressive — everything was well-maintained and tidy, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing.
The service stood out as one of the highlights. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with directions or local recommendations. They made check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free.
But would like to comment on the photoshooting service that this hotel provided, although they stated it’s free, but each room ONLY FREE 5 PIECES NON EDIT photos no matter how many days you stay. So please don’t ask for this service if you don’t want your pocket to have a hole 🤣, would recommend you to have the traditional costume shoot in Lijiang or Shangrila which will cost in cheaper price where they can provide costume rental and full make up. This hotel they charge a very high price for the photoshooting if you want to buy the photos from them.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lijiang, if they like photoshooting. Or else you can stay in other better choices hotels.

IInvitéDali séjourne dans un public très bon rapport qualité prix. L'environnement est particulièrement beau, il ya un jardin de balcons très approprié pour prendre des photos, ainsi que des chambres à coucher, boire du thé après-midi, regarder la mer sans fond sur la terrasse. Les installations de la chambre sont très bonnes et sont équipées d'un ventilateur Daisson. Les produits de bain devraient également être de marque et être mieux utilisés. Il y a des voitures électriques à utiliser dans la mer, recommandez-vous !

BBrendaMy husband and I traveled with my elderly parents. The ladies at the front desk were very warm and helpful and in particular, 馒头小管家 had great recommendations for restaurants and what to order (my parents are very picky about food and everything we ate was delicious!) and helped us set up a booking with a knowledgeable driver (Chinese speaking) to take us around Erhai Lake and do fun activities. The inn was centrally located a quick walk from Dali Ancient City's south gate. There's free laundry and the staff was nice enough to take my clothes out to dry while I was out during the day. They give you welcome fruit, breakfast, Pu'er tea, milk tea, and rose tea, and gave us a little goodbye present as well with flower cake. It was a great stay.

WWeiwei_BomiCaché à côté de Dali Xiaoxiao, vous le manquerez si vous n'y faites pas attention. Mais même si la salle n’est pas grande, elle est entièrement équipée. Le rebord de la fenêtre de notre chambre donne sur la montagne Cangshan et le bâtiment Wuhua voisin. Dès que vous sortez, vous pouvez directement ressentir l'atmosphère animée de la ville antique, qui peut être considérée comme une tranquillité au milieu du chaos. Le garçon et la fille de l'hôtel sont très sympathiques et vous donneront des suggestions sur les restaurants. Il pleuvait quand nous étions sur le point de sortir dîner. Le garçon nous a même offert du thé Pu'er fraîchement infusé et parfumé, et nous avons discuté pendant un moment. Quand nous sommes partis, comme l'hôtel était loin de la porte de la ville, le petit frère nous a aidés à tirer nos bagages jusqu'à la porte de la ville. Dans l'ensemble, ce séjour a été une très bonne expérience.

青青青愛旅遊The best hotel experience of this trip is mainly due to the hotel's service. The butler, Liu, is very attentive and meticulous, which is the best service I've ever experienced. Super awesome!!! The hotel scenery is beautiful, located on the edge of Shuanglang Scenic Area, and every angle is very photogenic. The room facilities are complete and considerate, and there are very complete supplies for children, clean and tidy. There is a fruit plate when we arrive. In the evening, they also send good night milk, and the children really like the kittens in the shop. Butler Liu introduced the surrounding attractions, delicious food, and matters needing attention in detail, really considering for customers, and the experience is super good. Next time I come to Dali, I will stay here again👍

JJonathanHad a wonderful 3 nights here. The well-designed property offers a calm respite from the buzz of the streets outside. We had a room on the second level that let good sunlight in during the days, allowing us to sit by the huge window for tea. Though the toilet and shower was a little small, the stone bathtub was huge. Room was clean & had all basic amenities one would expect. We loved the Coco-mat pillows. The breakfast was a highlight every morning, offering varied & healthy options. Coffee was good too. They served complimentary night desserts/snacks. They didn’t have many staff but service was good and prompt, always ready to offer tips & advice whenever needed. This included texting them via WeChat anytime you needed something. When the caretaker lady found out that we were heading to the other JiXiaShan properties after Dali, she took the initiative to inform them about our pending arrival & asked that we be accorded good hospitality. She also helped to link up with the Dida driver when we needed to arrange the transport between cities. We didn’t miss Dali Ancient City that much, but we sure miss this wonderful property, and we won’t hesitate to stay here again if we were to pass by this way.
