This spacious holiday loft offers a truly special retreat for two to ten guests. With a fully equipped kitchen and a newly built bathroom, it’s the perfect place for a family getaway in the heart of the historic mountain town of Marienberg, right in the UNESCO World Heritage Ore Mountain Mining Region. Optionally, three separate double rooms can be added.The holiday loft August’s Treasure Chest provides space for two to ten people. The main living area features one double bed, with another in the adjoining studio room. Need more sleeping space? Simply book up to three additional double rooms, each with its own double bed and directly connected to the loft via a door. This way, up to ten people can enjoy comfortable accommodation. Planning to bring more than ten guests? No problem! Sofas in the loft can easily be converted into extra beds, so groups of up to twelve are welcome. We look forward to hosting you!Holiday loft, fitness room with sauna, pool, trampoline and table tennis (available spring through autumn), plus a library, a 2,000 m² shared garden, sun terrace with loungers, BBQ and campfire area, chicken coop and vegetable garden – fresh salads, tomatoes, beans, strawberries and herbs included…Garden with BBQ and sauna are included in the price. Bringing pets must be arranged with the hosts before arrival and is subject to a fee: €8/day. Tourist tax is settled on-site: adults €2.10/day, children up to and including 16 years free. It is equipped with a completely furnished kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, cooker), shower / WC, living space with 2 sleeping possibilities and specially sleeping stage and a separate bedroom with big bunk. Child port-a-crib exists, bedclothes / towels likewise exist, from 3 nights no fee. In the garden you find a separate place as the sun and with grill possibility. Parking lot before the house is there. You expect many leisure activities, for example, marvellous footpaths in the nature reserve, the greenbelt recreation area Rätzteich and a fun bath with new big wellness area.
