Chambres d’hôtes à Fortrose

A little piece of heaven is located in the heart of Fortrose village in the Highlands. Although it is right in the center it is really tucked away and very private. It has off street parking for one car and a secure enclosed garden, ideal for little people. As it is all on one level it would be suitable for guests with limited mobility. The house is a 2 minute walk to the high street where you will find the shops and amenities. Fortrose is a fantastic village. The sea is on your doorstep. Five minutes walk (we walk down in our wetsuits) and you can be in the sea at the harbour or paddling your kayak off into the blue yonder. In the village just a minutes walk away from the house you have the high st. There is a co-op, a bakers, a butchers, a post office/gift shop, boots the chemist, fish and chip shop, cafes, bars and our favourite, IV10 the deli bistro that is a must eat place for all visitors.A short walk away you have Chanory Point which is a renowned place for spotting the dolphins that live in the Moray Firth. You can walk there from Applegrove. Also you have the even bigger beach at Rosemarkie and again some great little cafes for coffee and cake at the end of your walk. The house was recently fully refurbished in 2020, all new bathrooms, carpet and flooring throughout and full redecoration.
